It's because Kiwami 2 has never had an official release of all the new songs on its soundtrack. Only a few of them were put on a limited release soundtrack compilation of the Kiwami games like Ryuji's final boss theme. Im guessin TheEryk24's release was recorded from the game itself to get that ending while Neucom's a rip of the music file.
Your comment pretty much inspired me to personally edit my local copy of the game's soundtrack to make sure all tracks have both their beginning and ends in one track (as long as they have an end to begin with)

Either way tho, it's sad to me that the only way you can have ownership of the media is if you got the special edition from way back when. They are still out there of course, but like a lot of the rare yakuza stuff it's expensive.
