Hosier Lane - Street Art, Graffiti - Melbourne - Happymodel Mobula8 O3 tiny 114g/4 oz drone

This video is about one of Melbourne's most photographed/Instagram locations; Hosier Lane. It is a bluestone laneway with an array of colours and characters created by local and international street artists. I included a shot of Melbourne's Flower Clock just before the laneway shot. I used a tiny and safe 114g/4 oz micro drone in both shots. Filmed at sunrise on New Years Eve before the lane fills with tourists and photographers. Filmed with a Happymodel Mobula8 Full O3 2" 2S with TBS 4K 60fps. Total weight with battery is 114g. Flight time with a 550mah battery is 4 minutes when cruising or 2.5 minutes of hard flying.

Safety:
The guard was happy to be part of the drone operations in this video and I had a friend watching out for people entering the lane.

I check for other aircraft and stay low (tree top height) or land if there are low aircraft nearby, otherwise no higher than 120m and no closer than 5.5km to a controlled airport, no closer than 30m to the public, no flights over people or crowds, keep the drone in line of site and controlled safely, no flights at night.
