Bro... you realize you can dig in this game, right? Dig out the whole map and go all the way down. You can double your drop. Unless you’re already going terminal velocity, you could make it a lot crazier!
There are a couple things I don't like about the bobsled. I think that the bobsled stays on the sides of the track too long and doesn't correct itself fast enough. Also, I think it sways back and forth when it shouldn't do it. I don't think it's the track design, but rather the programming of the game/coaster.

You should build a launch coaster that starts at the bottom and has an exit at the top as a more extreme mode of transport. If there’s a way to have two stations!!

The spiraling around the other track reminds me of a bobsled ride in the nearest theme park to me, which is snake themed!

I think the biggest challenge for bobsled tracks is to not go below 0 g. Any negative G force would mean lifting off IRL, which would not be feasible.
Challenge: Have a roller coaster jump its tracks and continue on the track of a different coaster. (Water ride 1 to water ride 2)
