step:1 place both IQ budzs into their corresponding position inside the charging case
step:2 after a few seconds, you will see onee bud flashing white quickly and the other flashing white once every 5 seconds. wait for the voice prompt "pairing"
step:3 open the bluetooth connection list on your device and connect to "IQBUDZ08"

Can i use this for gym workout? Are sweat resistance?

only one of the buds pair but each bud has its own bluetooth so i can only connect either the left or the right one only. how to fix

I have the same issue. The right connects and the left does not. A manual for these earbuds does not seem to exist and I no longer have mine.

How do i fix the left side when there no sound coming out

That can depend on 2 things. One can be your audio output is set to mono, or that one of the earphones didn't connect. The second reason can be that the left earbud is not working. As for rare cases, I can't really say without seeing the earphones :p

in case anyone still has this issue: place both earbuds in the case, open the case, hold the reset button at the bottom till the lights start flashing, pair them with your device again. this should solve it unless its a hardware issue.
