    Instead of looking for new properties, which are few and far between right now and rates are unforgiving.......I highly suggest everyone look to within their portfolio to see if there is untapped value that could give you a ROI that would exceed anything you would get on the MLS right now. Examples - installing washers/dryers and increasing rents, renting out spare storage space, renting out unused rear driveway spaces to RV / boat owners, or taking on a more extensive reno project and adding an ADU or renovating a walk-out basement and re-zoning as a duplex or triplex

    I’ve been watching you guys for about a week now and started my financial awakening about 1.5 years ago and read all the classics. My mother bought me a few books on investing that I sat on for about 8 months and one of them happens to be book on rental property investing by Brandon Turner lol. Gonna start it right now.     Ok 15% ca str tax just passed senate, please do a show asking viewers to write state assembly and governor. This is on top of local tot tax. Places like San Diego will see 27%-$30% tax at booking time.
