Phone, laptop,tv etc) 2. Visualise your goals ( -> 1. Visualise in positive way like jab tumne apna goal achieve kar liya hai 2. Jab tumhe kam karne ka man na kare tab visualise ki agar mene ye goal pura nahi kiya to uske kya kya negetive consequences honge. -> if possible do this 3 times a day 1. After wake up 2. When you feel low in a day 3. Before sleep) 3. Intermediate Fasting and Coffee - mainly if you're from cuff body type 4. Pomodoro technique (-> during your break go for walk, go closer to nature) 5. Cool down period (-> Aapne kam ko direct bandh mat karo, slow down the process at the end of the work.) 6. Take shower from warm water and do mediation for 5 minutes (-> in that meditation period review or revise your whole ki tumne pure din kiya kya and jaha jaha par tumne galtiya ki like time waste usko note down and try karna ki ye chiz aab se na ho.)
