There's a mod for Undertale called Undertale Kazoo'd, and it replaces songs that Tsuko did with his version. That, of course, means that not all songs are included. Only the ones Tsuko did
The thing is that Smooth McGroove sings it in the original pitch, which is perhaps a microtone above or under C# (haven't checked), but Tsuko actually plays it in C#, so there is a pretty nasty dissonance going on here, not gonna lie.

Well, I mean it's a kazoo. It's not exactly easy to control pitch.
A kazoo is something that you hum into and it modifies the sound of your voice. It's the easiest instrument to learn.
it's also difficult to master it like tsuko g has.
