"AM I ONLY ONE IN THIS WORLD" means he lost all his ally evil auras to defeat sol(Idk but just a theory) "THE REASON IM CRUEL IN THIS WORLD" he wanted chaos. thats all "I DONT WANT TO LOSE ANYTHING MORE" means he doesnt want to defeat again. "ARE YOU AFRAID OF ME" saying to auras that mentioned in game's cutscene with symbols such as Ruins, Symphony, Celestial:Divine(Some of other auras mentioned with different symbols) And "IN THE END... ONLY I REMAIN" is fan made.
"In the end only I remain" would make sense to be said by Oblivion given that he is an embodiment of lies and stolen brilliance. We can see that luminosity and sol are still alive as well as all kind auras, so whatever Oblivion said isn't true, but you are meant to believe him because he's scary asf

Lore so far : In the Soverign video, there was a ton of glazing until it talks about how by "one" he got (then it cuts off but i would guess it's suppose to say "Impeached") then, we got the abominaion video where it shows someone (i'm assuming it's oblivion) making abomination. then we got the oppression video where i think that oppression tried to fight "the god of sols rng (sol)" but failed because oppression is a looser bum man. then we get this video where it shows obvlion making abomination and impeaching soverign then obliv and abomination fight sol but they win cause they are more sigma than oppression. (Idk why i am so caught up on this lore, i really need to get a life 😭)
