Really, most older game music that sounds good to begin with will sound even better with an orchestra; the composition principles at play are pretty similar.
@@folfielukather8083 Don't think so. This is an orchestrated version. The original used midi instruments and didn't have the Green Green motif in the middle of the song.

Origin: This is a remix of the music that played while riding on the Dragoon or the Hydra in Kirby Air Ride, returning from Brawl. This song was rearranged by Shogo Sakai, one of the composers of the game. It is faithful to the original, though performed with a live orchestra; it also includes a brass-focused segment inspired by "Green Greens" and "Gourmet Race".
Trivia: This arrangement of the song would later become the basis of the final section of Kirby Air Ride Medley, a song played at the Kirby 25th Anniversary Orchestra Concert.

This is a SSB theme and what I like about its sound track, is it masters its instruments and gives it a war feel to it.

The Dragoon and the Hydra are so fucking cool, i wish they both had more significance in the lore
All the Air Ride tracks Robobot couldve gotten for its EX stages, and it gets Forest and Water. Ok, there was also Machine Passage, but even so, WHYYYYYYYYYYY
Personally, i think its very Tchaikovsky (dont correct me i wrote his name by memory) inspired, it also reminded me of Ride of the Valkries aswell, Nintendo never fails with orchestras.
