I'm really excited to watch the artistic gymnastics competition this year. I'd like to hear about the flipping and twisting stunts that gymnasts perform on all of the apparatuses. Love you videos, thanks! :)

I would like to see some physics for components of an action. For example, a series of videos talking about the physics of a 100m dash, the first talking about the forces of muscle fibers and how much force and compression the bones undergo coming out of the box, the next video discussing the state of the body as it runs (internal forces, shock absorption, acceleration, etc) and another at top speed, discussing wind resistance and why it's top speed, another on slowing down...

Because of the spin and the fact that it's travelling forwards in one direction, on one side of the ball there will be a higher pressure than normal, whilst on the other there will be a lower pressure than normal, resulting in the ball veering off in this direction.

I'd also love to know about the physics of tight body turns and gravity as swimmers and gymnasts are twisting in air and then managing to land on their feet off the pummel horse, or swimmers are able to straighten in time to smoothly enter the water. It'd be fascinating to know the forces that are involved and how it accentuates and limits what athletes
