I find your playstyle quite interesting as I think you're the only streamer I've seen playing CS2 who actively ignores the demand meters and uses the employment and profitability metrics instead...until that last update hit of course! ;o) Can't wait to see how it all works in the flesh in a couple of weeks... and finally not on console!

For the most part, pretty excited about CS2! It's looking good so far. I was hoping for more of a budgeting challenge - it seems like after not too long (not long at all) the cost of things seems trivial, just like CS1. That's one thing I sorely miss that SC4 did so well. Also still not sure how I feel about all the service/city buildings, I don't like how they all seem so large and have expansions (which also seem very much "what's the point?" to me, after you have so much money or not a problem earning). I think I'd have liked more smaller service buildings rather than big empty campus lots with generic extensions. (Edit - maybe some of that was addressed by the update near the end of the video.)

The update reset all my settings and I didn’t get them to be the same. I spent time working on the settings tonight and now it looks great.

43:35 This is before the update. You are 9,77 milion of revenures (no governement subsidies, 8,9 milion via taxes), 3,35 milion of expenses. You only spend 34% of you revernure.
45:39 This is after the update. You are 2,35 milion of revenures (1,29 milion of governement subsidies, 175k via taxes), 3,36 milion of expenses. You spend already 143% of you revernure.
46:13 This is after tax and budget adjustments. You are 2 milion of revenures (933k of governement subsidies, 198k via taxes), 2,65 milion of expenses. You spend already 133% of you revernure.
I agree that the game needed an update in terms of economic management, since it was not normal to enter 3 times your expenses, but for the taxes to go from 8.9 million to 175k (50 times lower), maybe they got out of hand...
I'm sure some of these tweaks will get in order very quickly.
For a 2080 ti this Game really don't Run well
This is a beta version of the game, so there's still things being fixed up before release. Starting tomorrow you'll see the release day version.
How hard is it too use episode numbers like any worthwhile channel?
Episodes are in order in the series playlist for those who want to go in order. Many RUclipsrs take this approach.

I have one question though..
Why would you make people pay more to park their car at the bus station? They are going to take the bus and save the enviroment and maybe not contrubute as much to traffic, I think It should be less expensive or even free to park there and it should be more expensive along roads in big cities, to make them leave their cars at home, or dont bother to buy a car..
The downtown bus station should have a higher price to encourage people NOT to drive there actually. If it was further out of the city it would make sense to incentivize park and ride, but here we want people to walk there. It’s at a premium compared to street parking because it is closer to the harbor, another spot that people may try to choose to drive to.
Plus, remember that currently the only part of the city with paid parking is that downtown district, so we are encouraging walking and transit use in downtown.
Yes! you are right, it makes sense to have it free nearby more rural suburb bus-stations and make em pay in the downtown cause its more walkable.

I guess its best to forbid all steetparking in the downtown and only have expensive paring lots. 😅

You mean near the harbor? I want that area to be highly pedestrian friendly, and that means an abundance of crosswalks.

Bro again. 64 f- GB of ram, high specs and the game's performance is crap. Why is it doing this? I'm becoming less enthusiastic. We're 13 days away from launch. I used to think it was because of the video recorder, or the users graphics cards, it seems like the game plays badly. 3.5 stars on Steam, launch day.
This is a beta version. Please withhold judgement until you see the release day version. I'll have more footage next week.
