One of Bob Fosse's regrets in life that he acknowledged in this interview was that he could have been nicer or more sensitive to some people in his life. (Couldn't we all?) Alan Heim, the marvelous film editor of "All That Jazz" tells an insightful story with just such an example in this clip: ruclips.net/video/B9s1S7IzSF8/видео.html
Roy deserved the Oscar and the film deserved Best Picture.
Such a complicated, fascinating man. And yes, it was his best work.
Roy was perfect ❤
Nunca muerio.un ser EXTRORDINARIO!!
Rip Bob Fosse and Bobbie Wygant Ann Reinking
What a nice interview. Terrific questions and interviewer
Interesting how they show how the interview was shot with just one camera.
Awesome.

Thank God it was Roy, Dreyfuss would not have worked. Roy was outstanding.
❤❤❤
Idk why but watching the interviewer make those expressions at the end kills me.
Sadly he died less than 7 years later at age 60. He’d be 96 today.
It's as sad as it is Ironic...
"You mean, play the part of Joe Gideon?" lol, okay Bob.
Nowadays no one consider the open-heart surgery cuts gratuitous in a R-rated movie.
I wonder if today's technology would have saved him. Maybe they'd have put in stents.:(

Richard Dreyfuss would’ve done well with the part.
