    Hello my brother. I am facing many problems with TCC getting stuck, only in drive and reverse, with these units. In the Stop and Neutral position I have slipping in drive and reverse it gets stuck. Have you faced this too?

    Boa tarde parabéns pelo vídeo, gostaria de saber se você pode me dar uma orientação, sou mecânico mas esse não é o meu ramo, resolvi fazer o meu câmbio A6LF2 Kia Sorento 3.5 ele apresentou o famoso defeito dos parafusos que soltam e queima as embreagens, pois troquei todo o pacote e retentores e vedadores ficou bom por um tempo agora apresentou um vazamento de óleo entre a capa seca e motor que não consigo resolver já troquei retentor e o anel de vedação da bomba comprei originais e não resolveu está vazando muito não sei o que pode estar causando isso vc poderia me dar uma luz se for possível? Obrigado

      Are you sure the bushing has not spun in the pump? That or something wrong with the torque converter.

    I have this transmission in my Santa Fe crdi. When I come to a complete stop the vehicle shakes and a second later stalls out, also does it while stationary I have to shift into neutral before stopping to prevent it stalling out on me.
    Transmission seems to shift fine other than this stalling out issue. I just thought I’d ask if you’ve come across it before
    In neutral or park it idles just fine

      I have not. Yet. I have had several people with the problem ask me about it. It seems there may be a problem with the torque converters.

      Possibly. Did not find anything that says yes but since it is dealing with the ABS, possibly.

    Hello friend, A6LF2 hyundai tucson 2012 automatic, transmission failed, burning smell and leaked all the oil, it doesent hold anymore oil, what could be the problem?

      Could be a lot of things. Sounds like the front seal may have failed. Sounds like you are looking at a rebuild.

      @@CurmudgeonTransmission should i open and change the seals and try it out? i cant find a rebuild kit, or i don't know where to look for

    Good night, how are you? I have a problem with a 2011 Tudson, I repaired the box, the A6MF1 transmission, the problem is that the second, third and fourth skids, I don't know what they can help me with, some problem they have had with a transmission like this. I already received the crosh, they are in perfect condition conditions the car is only at the exit that skids 1st 2nd 3rd... 5th and 6th all good.

      The most common problem with these is the internal harness. Depending on how and where it broke will determine what kind of symptoms you have. I would start there. Even if that is not your problem it will need to be replaced when it gets rebuilt. Most you can fix in the vehicle. Beyond that you will be looking at a valve body, solenoid or internal problem.

    Hey j'ai un problème avec une boîte automatique identique à celui ci il lors du passage à la valise de diagnostic et en regardant les données en temps réel on a vu que le convertisseur de couple rester désactivé en permanence c'est quoi la cause de ce problème merci en avance

      No code in the computer but the data in real time indicates a torque converter deactivated and active at time
      NB:the symptom is mainly present at hot temperatures Thanks

      If the transmission is running too hot it may disable it.

    Hi legend, Hyundai come to me with no gears, i open the gearbox and clutches are damaged, replace clutches, all filter, whole valve body and new torque converter. Now car drives good when it cold, when warm it start hard hits on R and D, and in drive it sometimes "lost gear"(rev up but no gear) then hit hard and go in gear...al gears work good and no codes, thanks for reply

    Do you know how to service this transmission only fluid change I think the filter can not replace if the transmission tied with engine.

      The transmission has to be disassembled to get to the filter. The drain plug is on the bottom of the case. The fill plug is on the top of the pan and the level check plug is on the side of the pan near the bottom.

    I don't trust this type of rebuilds, they never work back again as when it was new, even if you do that regularly, there are too many parts and just one mistake and the whole thing won't work the same
