Jake, if you don't already have one, a carbon monoxide detector would be good to have in the camper in case there is a malfunction in the heater. Years ago in my hometown, an entire family died in their camper from a faulty heater.

Love seeing you guys back out on the road! Love the new rig! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE if you haven't already put new tires and bearings on it replace them ASAP. Those old single axle campers get really squirrelly if you loose a tire. With the kind of ground you are covering, it would suck. Tires and bearings are the most common failure point and they can ruin/destroy a camper if they come apart. Spend money on good trailer tires Like Carlisle radials. I tow a lot and have them on most everything I own. Great quality, and reasonably priced. Available on Amazon amongst other places. Have fun and be well. If you make it through central VA and need anything shoot me a message. I'm around. Been following your adventures since the sailboat days. Love to meet you guys.

I like the camper setup you've put together. The YJ project sounded really cool and ambitious though. Hopefully those two guys will bring it to fruition someday. I did some body and frame modifications to my YJ recently to get a little more utility out of it. Maybe we'll run into each other one day and compare notes. I may be heading to EJS this year, good luck out there.
