But Iowa isnt where he came from, it's where he was trained. He got kidnapped from a bar base in Korea which means he come from Korea and was taken away at about 6-7 yo. I dont remember he has ever said his code name is Iowa tho. Even he signed his name as Frank in Naju's funeral
