I got a burgman I purchased last year and have the done the following modifications on it..
1. Crash guard - very similar to the one shown in the video. I got it for a little bit cheaper around 2300rs
2. Installed a different seat with a little bit of back support as I go for long rides
3. Phone holder. It's a must and I have that pouch one which I purchased long back. The good thing about it that it's fit right in the middle of the handle so it's at the center. You can zip it so it protects from rain as well and you can operate the touch screen from above the plastic itself. A disadvantage is that it gets hot in summers and the phone has to cool down. So I open the zips half way through and ride.
4. Fast charger in the lighter area.
5. A fatter rear tyre. And I see a noticeable difference in the handling. I can only imagine how would aprilia and aerox feel on turns. I changed it after 15k kms now and it handles really well. Ofcourse on wet roads you have to still be extremely careful but dry smooth roads are a joy to ride on.
6. 2 sets of fog lights. 1 on the crash guard. They are a little big with higher watts which provide amazing light when it's dark. The other set just under the main headlight. And they are the same as the ones shown in the video. 20watts each yellow and white. They are little mellow but the yellow still has a decent throw. I noticed that the red buttons which come with the fog lights are very low quality. So I got buttons installed in the handle bar itself. For the big fog light, I got a button of tvs ntorq with passing switch.
The smaller mini fog light has 3 levels. White light/off/ yellow light. I got an extra turn indicator button installed for that. So if I switch one the left button, the white light is on. Middle is off. And right is the yellow light. It's much better than the other buttons which are there in the market.
7. A clamp to mount the action camera.
All these come in very handy
that’s lot of things, I hardly installed 4-5 additional stuff. in your case all these accesories in your Burgman looks like the most pump Burgman. by the way what battery you are using now? I am facing issue with 5amp exide battery.
@@The_LostPilot mine is the same. 5amp exide. I changed it around 4 months back at 10k kms. This one should run quite long and is under warranty. Even though extra leds are installed, they are not always on. And leds do not take much power. However I have noticed that when the big fog lamp is on and I'm charging my phone and I switch off the engine at a signal and restart it, it puts some strain on the battery. I make it a point to switch off the aux lights and then switch on the engine. I have observed that the phone charging takes a lot of battery power as the battery starts ageing. Just before changing my old battery I used to unplug the charger from my phone and then start it. I stuck to 5amps as my battery wala told me that the slot is for that size battery only and it's better to stick with what the company provides. And I agree with that. So my earlier battery ran for around 1yr 3months approx I guess.
Most of the stuff I have installed is for comfort and an easier ride. Aux lights, a bigger tyre and a comfortable seat are quite important for me
@@Vinniepops same thing told me by the battery shop owner, I have to stick with 5amp. But even thought my indicator and fog are off still I have to use kick to start the engine. Not sure what’s the problem.
@@The_LostPilot that shouldn't happen. How old is your battery? If its under warranty take it to the service center. That service center in goregaon is a chor according to me. I had got a new one installed from Sinha battery. It's near bhavans college. It costed me 1200rs total.

Mileage and suspension quality in ex variant, increased or decreased in real life with premium version. Technically power has reduced on paper and no details about suspension. Top reviewers saying the suspension of rear side gone stiffer than old version.

yes there are many other possible option to install fog lamp. like on handle or on top of number plate or below headlight.

I would advice you to go with aprilia sxr125 instead. Build is tough. Won't need any repairs even if the scooter falls. Burgman body parts are very delicate.

Only if the wheels were a bit thicker it would be the best scooter. The wheels under that huge body is total mismatch and unsafe
Yes it looks small but the tires are very safe, you have a choice to replace them with bigger tires
@@The_LostPilot my brother has a burgman.... In dry conditions it's great to ride. But in rainy situation it's very dangerous and fatal. Skids very bad. There is no room to fit thicker tyres. Or else you hve to remove the mudguard.
@@arko966 it happens with almost all scooter. But like I said if you look out for a thicker tire you will find it. I have seen people changing the tire in a videos.
