This worked perfectly, thank you. We've had our phones installed for 2 years but have not used them for a variety of reasons. Someone misdialed and called in on the dedicated line we set up for the new phones and left a voice mail. I couldn't figure out how to clear the blinking red light and it was driving me NUTS. Problem solved!!
