It's a Chinese American dish created by Chinese immigrants in Springfield Missouri back in the 1970s. It's honestly one of the best Chinese dishes I've ever eaten, and this is from someone who has been to China multiple times. There are a few recipes for it online, try to find an authentic one and try it out. You'll thank me because it's delicious and your followers will enjoy it.
I made this for my dad and me. He said it was the best thing he ever tasted!❤ I forgot to put the Birdseye chilies in it, but it was still very tasty and the pork was very tender and juicy.

Sure you can, but you will have a hard time cooking this dish in a frying pan. Besides woks are affordable, go to any Asian grocery store and get it there.
