Fun video! In my day as a Penn student (Philadelphia ‘80) Miami Beach was still thought of as Jackie Gleason’s retired people land, so we mostly went to Fort Lauderdale on spring break. Spend the day on the beach, when the daily 3:45 pm thunderstorm came in walk across A1A to the indoor bars for happy hour, 15 minutes later the sun was out, spend until sunset at the bar swimming pool with wet t-shirt contests, then listen to live music all night. I’m not sure I could live there either these days, but I totally understand why that scene never loses its appeal to college kids. 🍻
Thanks Bob! The spring break you just described to me sounds like a completely different world than what’s going on down here now. I could be wrong because I wasn’t there. I’m glad you enjoyed those days👌
Indeed! A Philly transplant (I went to F.I.U. for college in 1988). Back then, South Beach was slower and Ft. Lauderdale was out of control. I remember when they passed ordinances to shut down Spring Break there. In the 90s, South Beach began to become a "hot spot". Looks like it's "Ghetto Fabulous" down there now during Spring Break. Sad.
That's crazy! Panama City Beach use to get the college partying Spring Breakers but no more. In 2016 they prohibited alcohol on the beach in the month of March. I'm glad you have that beautiful beach to go to.
It is crazy! They don’t allow alcohol on the beach here either but it’s something that’s largely unenforced maybe it’s enforced during this time in South Beach but still trying to control crowds like that is not possible for a few hundred police officers
Thanks for your post! I just left your city stayed at the holiday inn north beach and it was beautiful. Clean, quiet and very relaxing. I did not want to leave. Can’t wait to come back….thanks again! Sending love to Miami from Dallas Texas❤️❤️
Well said! I’m in the Tampa area we’ve been getting the Spring Break crowded but more so families . The amusement parks and zoo are packed. I know Clearwater and St Pete have been having similar problems with wild spring breakers.
I know everywhere in Florida can get nutty this time of year but this year it seems to be more dangerous than fun. They are bringing guns. It’s supposed to be a party not a shootout
Perfect video Michael! 👍🏼 Unfortunately we’ve had the same problem with Spring Breakers trashing our nature here in Austin ☹️ now I’m looking for a place to spend some peaceful time on the beach. And North Beach looks perfect for me👌 Fruitful blessings 🎉🍒🍌🍓🥥🍇🍉🥑🍍
Nice insight and video. I respect your opinion. I've lived in a big city my entire life (Northeast seaboard), and I prefer the craziness of South Beach because no day is ever the same and you can meet some cool people if you can handle the craziness. I respect anyone who prefers peace and isolation
In my 20s I would visit Miami in January and July instead of spring break and Memorial Day weekend.🤦🏽♂️sad to see that these things still happen today...
Thank you! Well that’s just it it’s not just a spring break problem this happens on holiday weekends too sometimes. So you would be leaving quite a bit in order to avoid this
Thank you! Glad you could spend some time down there before it got nuts. Next time you’re here North Beach is a good place to spend some time if you don’t want it to be too crowded
Thank you very much for your tips, I'm going to Miami in October for Family vacations, and now I'm really glad I reserved a hotel in North Beach (Seaside Hotel Apt). My family consist of my wife, my 6YO and myself, and we will be going to the Miami Zoo, and Seaquarium, one day each, however the remaining two days we're planing to just go to the beach and maybe some quick shopping. Do you think North Beach is appropiate? we deffinetly won't be going out at night, we just want a peaceful week at the beach.
Also I'm not sure if I should rent a a car or just take ubers, I mean the Zoo it's pretty far so I thought it would be more convenient to have our own car, however I'm a bit affraid since I have read that the traffic in Miami is horrible and there are some very aggressive drivers.
I think you made the right choice by staying in North Beach. You won’t need a car staying in North Beach. However the seaquarium and the zoo are pretty far away so you might want to just compare the cost of the back-and-forth uber and a rental car and go with whichever ones cheaper. But remember you’ll also have to pay for parking at those places if you drive your own
I agree with you 100% about the Out of Control Spring Breakers being destructive & disrespectful... I will never understand people who act this way & think it is fun & actually enjoy causing harm others!!! Disgusting!!!
@@MichaelBordenaro I recently stopped down at SB in May and had to checkout of a really nice hotel. SB just didn't seem the same. It felt kind of unsafe to be honest. In fact, two people were shot down the street from the hotel after we left. Next time I'm going to checkout North Beach

Florida has always been the vacation spot for my family for many years and I have stayed in South Beach but now I live here full time and the one thing that stands out about Floridians is how they respect the wild life and take great care keeping the ocean and beaches clean SO when I saw that photo you put up with all that garbage on the beach left behind...it just screams total disrespect. I can't believe these people think that is okay. Can you imagine what it would look like if these same people lived here. The place would be unusable in no time. I like the quiet like you so thanks for the great video.
I know that irks me more than anything. I was always taught to leave a place cleaner than you found it, and clearly none of these visitors were ever taught those manners. Thank god for the city staff who cleans it up every day, even though they shouldnt have to

Thanks for the videos showing the differences in South Florida communities. I love your walking tours that give a sense of the communities. I'm researching places to buy a retirement home or second home in Florida. This video highlights some things to consider about South Florida living. Crowds! I'm a person that is respectfully of laws and just decency. I remember Spring Breaks. Most of the crowd is standing around. The bad apples that come in every bunch are the problem. It is not about race. Most people come peacefully to just hang out and have a good time. Some people do get sucked into doing things with alcohol and GOD knows what, in a crowd, that they normally would not do themselves. This is just human nature, unfortunately. It is no excuse for their behavior, we need to be responsible. This is what the police are for, to keep things in hand. The police appear to be doing a great job, thank goodness for them and the city workers who clean up the mess. It is sad that some people don't have good home training or the sense to leave an area better than they found it. We were taught these things at home, in school, in church, in Boy Scouts/Girl Scouts etc. I'm 59. What happened to teaching these good values. I feel your disgust in this video. I see this all the time in many cities in the U.S. at street lights, events, parks, and while in traffic at on-ramps: people discard trash and stuff because they can, they don't care, and there is little chance of any penalty or getting caught. Some people don't know what freedom is. Just because you are American, you can't just do whatever you want, their are laws; and, your rights stop where another's begins. These laws and rules of decency keeps things nice for everyone. I also feel your delight of the surfers, the birds, and beautiful sand. I agree that the stimulus and the relative open for business policies of Florida are bringing the extra crowds this year to many Florida cities. We have to take the bad with the good sometimes. Thanks for the insight. Sorry this is long.
I’m really happy to hear you enjoy my videos especially the walking tours. Those are definitely not the most popular on the channel but I know there is a group of people that love them. I was taught the same to leave an area cleaner than you found it in Boy Scouts and when I see that it’s just unacceptable. I’m not sure what Miami Beach is going to come up with for a solution but we need to figure something out to prevent these type of incidents in the future
Good video!! I've now been everywhere in Florida except for Miami and the Keys! im in my upper-mid 30s and i would like to consider myself a fairly strong dude who can take care of himself, but i am not invincible. I've lived in this state for awhile now. I've always wanted to goto Miami, (and ive seen miami overhyped on tv my whole life ), yet i hear nothing but crazy and violent stuff going on in miami! even you said it yourself near the beginning of this video! im probably headed down there in a week, but i am definitely being cautious! thank you for this video and your realistic, straight forward view on things!
I've always wanted to live in South Beach/Miami Beach. It's such a beautiful, relaxing place to be. But after seeing the chaos these past few weeks, it's definitely scratched off my list. You can only wonder if this is how those tourists act in their own cities. No regard, no respect, not even for themselves - just plain disrespect all across the board. A firm set of rules and regulations need to be set so its residents, businesses and visitors are safe and can enjoy what the area has to offer in peace.
Just know that this type of madness only happens by the beach in the entertainment district. There are still nice areas to live in South Beach where it doesn’t get like this
Don’t get discouraged. There’s also North Beach( also called the North Shore)/ Little Argentina along Normandy Isle and Bal Harbor which includes nice shops.. North Beach isn’t usually crowded and the causeway from Miami proper that takes you to North Bay Village/ Normandy Isle/ North Beach has nice seafood restaurants.
I never liked the whole crazy spring break scene. I like the idea of going to enjoy a warm, beautiful beach for Spring break, but it needs to be mellow, too!
@@MichaelBordenaro Thank goodness! I also don't like hotels where the pool setting is giving off club vibes. I like family friendly places, where it is calm and safe. , but beautiful!
I'm 21 and I feel you. tho I'm literally on the otherside from you here in the bay area in northern california, luckily in San Francisco Beach it's more family/dog owners friendly here but that's probably because only those who are brave enough to not wear a wet suit to swim in our cold waters actually go in haha! but it's still nice out here we got beautiful views but our city has sadly took a huge toll regarding homeless population growth because of ridiculous rent prices, and a very bad growth in drug addicts.but if you do your best to focus on the good side it's still a wonderful city I recommend you guys to visit. it's very different from Miami from What I've seen and in winter or spring it might be a good idea to wear a sweater, or in late spring and early summer maybe a long sleeve shirt cause it's foggy chilly out here usually. but sometimes summer peak up quite high. I recommend pier 39 and the awesome aquarium and ALCATRAZ visit the entire tour it's so interesting. I really want to visit here or the keys of Florida. but me being 21 and especially now sadly with my generation or younger trying to hype up the "let's get drunk or high and get wild" type of vibe and scene, there's not many who enjoy the simple things in life. luckily my girlfriend shares the same passion and we plan on visiting this summer, just us, no social media, on the other side of the us, living. hope you guys been good and well despite our covid pandemic !!!!!
Just my take, without bashing on the kids, I would only testify that even since I was living in Hallandale in 1996, South Beach is not a place hungry for people. It has been bought and owned by the locals, and I mean locals within 2-5 miles, or playing basketball for the HEAT. It was $18 for me to park by the beach long enough to go to a job interview there. And that was over 25 years ago. My friends and I went out at night and encountered all kinds of attitude from bouncers, patrons, security guards, just general unpleasantness, and had to park a mile away. When I was in college, we went to Panama City one year. The place was empty before we got there, the other college kids and the bars and hotels loved us. It was a place as I said, "hungry for people" to visit. Probably Daytona was perfect like that. Purpose built for guests, not competing with locals trying to live there at a high rich lifestyle. These kids you see on the news, they want to be "ballers", but they don't understand just how not welcome they are. People are going to act up, and there are places that can handle it, even embrace it.
I wouldn’t say that they’re unwelcome but the more this keeps happening then the more unwelcome they’ll be that’s for sure. Things have gone beyond blasting the music and having drinks on the beach. I’m pretty sure if this started happening in Panama City or anywhere else they would be unwelcome real quick
We are almost ready to move my Husband had to get surgery so we have been waiting for that .Right now we live in a tourist town in Michigan. And we also depend on tourists for jobs ext. However that looked like a pretty rowdie crowd. And I can totally understand how locals would be angry.I would be furious. 😡

I find the images to be horrifying. Glad you did a video on this very important topic. I'm trying to let me partner know that living in SoBe has some serious drawbacks... North Beach looks better and better to me. haha
Great video Mike B!. Yeah, I prefer not being around crowds. The north beach is definitely my thing. No offense, I just don't like crowds. I prefer being alone. When people come together in big crowds, things get intense and crowds are known for littering and destroying things. Hopefully areas like Tampa, Saint Petersburg, Port Saint Lucie, or Saint Augustine don't have those crazy tourists coming there and messing things up.
Thank you octzone! I prefer to be away from the crowds too. I don’t mind smaller crowds at the beach but for me the emptier the better it’s just more peaceful that way. All Florida hotspots get spring breakers but this seems to be on a new level
Listen, don’t make me regret moving to South Beach.😂I’m glad I chose to live on a chill street. It almost feels like that was a world way. Lol. Love it.😎
Ha ha don’t worry I’m not trying to do that LOL. You’ve probably already noticed that South Beach is very segmented things can change a lot in just a few blocks👌
Its hard to tell what is real and what is not because its been the same news story every year for as long as ive lived here about 15 years. I suspect its too many people here at once. They are overwhelmed. I heard the mayor say that the entertainment district has to go. I doubt those businesses will go without a fight.
I think it’s too many people as well. If the crowds are smaller it be easier for the police to handle. I know they’re trying to get rid of the entertainment district but they are planning to turn it into a historical district instead which could still work and bring a different type of tourism hopefully
A lot of disrespectful people. They trash the place and don't care about the distruction they cause. They don't care about the people that have to pick up after them. 😡
Well that's not alright what's going on over there. Floryda watch out for such activity! if it gets out of hand maybe it should be forbidden before nobody wants to live over there.

Sorry you have to go through that. I used to live in the Hamptons and that’s how us locals felt about the people who came to party in the summer. Luckily there was plenty of places to go where the tourists didn’t.

Hi Mike. I’m flying back to South Florida soon for a vacation. Is north beach safer, less crowded and more pleasant than mid or south beach? I’ve been to Miami Beach but never really compared the beach locations. Is it safe to swim in either north, mid or south beach this time of year? Should people be concerned about anything harmful, such as sharks, jellyfish, crabs, etc.? Is cheap parking a lot easier to find in north beach too? Thanks. 👌🏻
Hi Mike! Where would you RECCOMEND to fly and stay with a kid 7yo in May next week or later, so it’s safe, with restrooms on the beach or near by...thanks! Never been in Florida, debating between Boca, Fort L. and Sunny Island...or Miami south beach ?! Thank a lot!!!
Boca and Sunny Isles are good choices, probably not south beach. I would also consider Lauderdale By the Sea and Delray Beach are nice and family friendly areas
Everytime I’m in Miami I always go to North Beach. It’s beautiful, and has really nice people. It still has a decent amount of people especially on weekends, but not as crazy as south beach. I have no interest in south beach at all. Never did. North Beach is my favorite beach. I spend 75% of my Miami trips in North Beach laying in the sand and going in the water. It’s really the best.
North Beach has always been better than south beach to me. I went to Elementary school in North Beach and it was always quiet. Then I went to school at South Pointe Elementary and it was rowdy over there. This was 2002-2003. The Spring Break situation this year was the craziest I've seen it in about 7ish years. South Beach used to be insane during memorial day weekend. Like the spring break this year but ten times that lol. Like I remember back in the late 90s early 2000s was the peak of memorial day weekend crazy ness on south beach. Record arrest like you've never seen. Hopefully the crazy ness calms down.
Yes this is definitely the craziest spring break I can remember since I’ve been here. Memorial day weekend and other holiday weekends are pretty insane too
South beach always that way. 32nd street to bal harbour best places to live. Islands 79ths. 74ths 77th at 85th street. Surfside. Bal harbour peaceful. Hallover beach tho. Gets problematic. Till nudest beach. Atlantic island fabulous. Missing miami.
@@MichaelBordenaro I saw on the news, the dine and dash is worse then ever. Alot of damage is happening. 128 guns have been confiscated. Granted not everyone is a mental person. Yet 1078 arrest last weekend makes it bad for all. Over 1000 arrest and 200,000 people is not as bad as the news is portraying it. The traffic has always been like that during spring break. It's like that during rush hour. Lol. Really miss the culture and life of miami right now. P.s. how is covid in north beach? Any news of anyone catching virus after vaccination? The only thing holding me back from moving back to south fl. Is the coronavirus.
Hi Mike. I’ll be flying back to FL next week for spring break vacation. My hotel will be in Orlando but I’ll be driving back down to Miami Beach for the day, which will be about a three hour drive each way. I wanted to go swimming in the quietest, less hectic, less crowded part of Miami Beach. Would that part be North Beach? Where can I park at North Beach? Are there lockers I can place my car keys and belongings in while I go swimming and walk around? It’ll be just me so I want to be extra cautious. Also, are there any jellyfish or sharks this time of the year in that water down there? Thanks buddy. 👌🏻
You need to break out the long board and catch a few. Back when MTV actually had music, Daytona was pretty fun. I was young then so it was lots of fun let’s just say. It was a little hectic in Daytona but nothing like that in Miami. Its a different crowd now so if it wasn’t for the loss of revenue during the year, if I was the mayor, I’d end it.
I know right who would’ve thought MTV used to play music😆 I would end it too if I were Mayor and figure something else out. It is a different crowd now and it’s more dangerous than fun
I spent hours watching walking tours of South Beach and thought it was all very beautiful and vibrant and alive. Then, I saw the videos of the Spring Breakers causing havoc. In the comment section of one of the videos, someone posted that locals never go to South Beach and now you say the same thing, Michael. I scratched South Beach off my list. Those condos are too damn expensive, anyway.
Well a lot of locals live in South Beach and like the area because it’s ultra convenient, they have the best restaurants but dealing with these type of crowds and all the major holidays and spring break is just too much for me to handle. And they are expensive!
South Beach in Miami is similar to what we in Orlando deal with in Daytona Beach. Nothing but ghettoness and horrible tourist. Which is why I go to New Smyrna or Cocoa Beach
I love North Beach the problem is that on the bay side of it there are several sewage treatment holding tank off 73rd Street in front of it is a part of the Bay so toxic that it smells badly all the time and it's been closed to public use even though they just built a dock with a kayak ramp with rollers on it cuz of how toxic it is dogs have died their people's gotten sick they're now talking about major development in the area without realizing what a toxic little Cesspool lingers there I can only hope they clean it up and preserve the Integrity of our property value

And it’s still expanding south and east. This spring and summer I plan to take some exploratory trips on over to your neck of the woods.Obviously I’m looking for a bit more excitement in my life and I do miss living in a normal population where the average age isn’t north of age 75. Still quite a serious tennis player but starting to dip my toes into Pickleball. I know your expertise is with condominiums. The monthly maintenance/amenity fees seem astronomical to me. What is the governance of a typical condominium maintenance authority? Is it controlled by unit owners (non-profit) or is it A third-party which is paid to do the maintenance and also make a profit on top of that? Or is it handled by a remnant of the original condominium builder as a steady source of income?
Hi DC, yes I have heard of the villages, I actually plan on visiting there on a trip since so many people have asked me about it. The condos here are typically setup as following. You have the management company which paid for and hired by the board of directors. Managment is in charge of daily operations, cleaning, enforcing rules, accounting etc. The board of directors is made up of units owner from the building who decide on which projects get done, the yearly budgets, changing rules etc. Ultimately, the board is in charge, and can and will replace management companies if necessary. I have seen some smaller buildings forego management and manage the building themselves amongst the board members, but that is pretty rare now days

Nice! So happy you enjoyed your stay here in beautiful north beach. Totally different atmosphere than south beach😀
Would you live in Miami. I plan to move there.
I knew you would make this video! This is why I did a Feb vacation.
Ha ha I actually wasn’t planning to but things have gotten so out of control here I just couldn’t resist
Yep it’s pitiful sorry you have to go through it too. If you come to Miami definitely stay in North Beach it’s beautiful here and not so crowded😊
Nice insight and video. I respect your opinion. I've lived in a big city my entire life (Northeast seaboard), and I prefer the craziness of South Beach because no day is ever the same and you can meet some cool people if you can handle the craziness. I respect anyone who prefers peace and isolation
Thank you and very good point! It’s definitely not for everyone but if you enjoy a little bit of the madness South Beach is definitely the spot👌
New York City has the worse crowds in the summer time, especially Times Square
In my 20s I would visit Miami in January and July instead of spring break and Memorial Day weekend.🤦🏽♂️sad to see that these things still happen today...
Great video Michael! Very timely. I do love South Beach though. ❤️ I would have to leave during Spring Break weeks lol

Great vlog, Michael! I was doing some filming in South Beach right before all the craziness! Thanks for cluing me into the beauty of North Beach!

But remember you’ll also have to pay for parking at those places if you drive your own
Dude thanks for the video. The area around Allison Park is nice 😂 😉 no comparison to the mess that is SoBe

I can’t believe the picks of South Beach. I am with you! I hate the crowds as well and I think the way people act on spring break is disgusting.
Yep, its terrible...

I love living in North Beach.❤️
Me too!!✌️
Thanks for the videos showing the differences in South Florida communities.
Trying to decide where to stay and hate crowds thank you 😅😊
Good video Michael. Unfortunately since it brings in a lot of dollars it will continue. Until something bad happens.
Thank you! Bad things are happening, but that is still not enough to turn their back on the $$
Good video!!

Can we find umbrella rental in Mid and North Miami Beach?
I’ll bet! Yes they have public ones at 53rd St. and 71st St., plus a lot of the hotels will rent you umbrella service too

I love it too thank you for watching!
Great. Where are the good nightclubs, restaurants, and bars in NB, Surfside, and Bal Harbour?
That’s why they’re all down there LOL. I’m glad we don’t have that up here
I've always wanted to live in South Beach/Miami Beach.

Me neither! Luckily there are still some great places you can go that are more low-key

I think it’s too many people as well. If the crowds are smaller it be easier for the police to handle.

@@electrohousemusic166 yes I am all for the right to have a gun. But it’s just common sense that if you are going somewhere to party the gun should stay at home. To me then you are just asking for trouble
ghetto = gangsta trash

@@MichaelBordenaro there is no need of gun, Guns should be safe at home or at shooting range, carrying out in a pocket is equal as terrorist, that’s why people in America kill, having a bad day Boom 💥.... Guns should be illegal to make better living ,no need of guns only at shooting range or at home for protection or in Car in the trunk,,,
Mike - Enjoy your channel from The Villages in the central Florida retirement belt. I am yet another Michigander who moved to Florida about 2 1/2 years ago. I don’t know if you are aware of The Villages or not. I am 62 and still quite active. But I’m certainly one of the younger homeowners in this 55+ 6community of over 100,000.
@@MichaelBordenaro Thank you for the timely and comprehensive info. In the event I find some thing over there I want to bid on, I’ll bring you in as my agent. Thanks, Doug
@@dcweber1 You're welcome Doug!
Ok what
Where is north beach exactly?
It is the northern part of Miami Beach
@@MichaelBordenaro thank u 🙏
I guess I'm not going there 😕 so turned off now. Wow
I have the solution. No hurricanes, no floods, great weather, no humidity: move to Búzios 😉
My God, I miss this place!😍
@@Lisithedogwalker his hat haha
Ha ha man that sounds pretty good! Although I was only in buzios for a day and a half and it was pretty crowded when I was there I would definitely need to spend more time there before ever considering that move
Hollywood was nice
South beach is a dump. Couldn't pay me to live there.
I hear you I like certain parts of South Beach but definitely not going to the beach there or anywhere near Ocean Drive
FL needs tourism, so the FL governor declared the state fully open for tourism with no restrictions so of course hordes of tourists will flock there....
That’s obvious but this is on a different level. These people are coming here and seems like doing everything they can to trash the city and the beaches
North Miami definitely has many shady areas 🤷🏾♂️
you north shore people did a great job not allowing the developers take over and screw up the north shore this last election.
It was close but you did a good job and were able to save this oasis... if they had allowed development, it would be a matter of time before it would be just as bad as the south beach war zone.
been a local since 89 and south beach has not aged gracefully...
I perfer North and Central Florida.
Definitely much calmer😎
@@MichaelBordenaro yes and much peaceful. Non of that party my ass of all night crap even though they have them everywhere. But not all time like south Beach.
@@MrJersey84 exactly! I’m looking forward to visiting the area real soon
Totally agree with you, Michael. What the hell is the pleasure having wall to wall humans screaming and tossing all their trash everywhere? This makes me ashamed of my species. Where is the beauty of nature here? What humans are doing to the earth's environment is totally disgusting. I thought you were living in south beach, and when I watched the news of the crazy looking slobs and what they were doing there, I felt sorry for you. I'm glad to know you're in a cleaner and more natural looking area. I'm happy I live in the Sarasota area and hope those stinking crowds of disgusting humans stay away from here.
I don’t understand the appeal either. Especially now with the virus it just seems plain dumb. I am super happy I don’t live in South Beach and I probably never will. Glad things are normal for you over in Sarasota👍
my ex girlfriend lived in sarasota, and sarasota was truly beautiful! The gulf coast of FL in general was beautiful, and not like the bad and crowded parts of miami! this is why ive never been to miami. i might go next week though as its the only place in florida ive never been to.
What is the biggest difference between both beaches? ⛱
Jesus is Lord. ❤️🙌💯
Thank you for not wearing a mask.
Ha ha my pleasure! I only wear it when I absolutely have to
Notification gang
Yes!!😎
All that PLASTIC!!! NEED TO BAND PLASTIC. HARMFUL TO OCEAN LIFE!!!
I agree it’s terrible! We have actually had a natural biodegradable plastic for years and I cannot fathom why that is not the standard yet
@@MichaelBordenaro find a group or start the group. Raise money, apply for bill in dade county then let the process take place to become law. A delivery of fresh milk in glass would be nice comeback. Also eatable water bubbles need to replace plastic bottles. Unfortunately. Made in japan. And the current situation with shipping imports is a travesty for u.k. and america.
Bro take this video down , they will eventually come there .
North Beach - White People
Middle Beach- Mexicans
South Beach - Black People
That simple 🤣 🤣
Disturbing and I doubt they were on spring break from college. Just a bunch of trashy people doing what they do on the regular.
I was thinking the same
It's not because of spring break. It's because that area has become increasingly GHETTO in the last 15 years.
I have lived here for 13 years. It has never really been ghetto until recently once things started opening back up. Seems like everyone is flocking here. Before it seemed to be a seasonal thing, now it seems like its all the time. Will be interesting to see what happens when things are "normal" everywhere else again
And I’m moving to Miami I won’t be living in south beach lol 😆
All those pic of the people your talking about were black ??? There are no pics of white people trashing the place the same way. Nxt time show everyone not just all the black people in crowds smhh
You can check out any video of these crowds and they are mostly black people. There’s nothing I can do about it. I’m sure there are some white people in there too. The footage doesn’t lie
I noticed the same thing.
@TC tha Crisis true sucker move he knew better
Vid sounds a bit stereotypical ...but eh
Blacks is the difference
