@rajendrameena150 in this particular case it gave bad results, keep in mind, this is a skp mesh that does not have the right topology nor supporting loops. You could try both and see which one is better in this case, i found that leaving it as default gave better corners especially on the windows.
Its not a big scene at all, most of the geometry comes from instances which take less ram and computing, the textures are quite small too. I am using a ryzen 7 5700x and an rtx 4070. But even an I5 7th gen alone and 16gb of ram would work for this well too, even less would work too.

At 2:20, you should also change outer mitter to arc in bevel modifier.
