Mam mai subh uth kar yoga karna chahti hu aur pdhai lekin mere mummy papa subh uthe hote hai jisse ki shor hota hai to nhi ho pata yoga 😢
Yoga is a physical thing it has nothing to do with any disturbance....you can do it on terrace...just start doing
Mam mai lecture complete karne ke baad jaise hi notes ko revise karne jaati hu mujhse notes revise hi nhi hote mai kya karu 😢
10 minutes ka gap le lo phir revise Karo...thoda mind fresh karo phir revise karne betho ho jayega👍
