Thanks so much! 😊 I’ve still got lots to learn technically with my detailing to take it to the next level but anyone can see what a difference AD products have made to the look of the bike. I need to get it on track to see how much quicker it now is! 🤣🙏
The best way to wash your motorcycle is ride it in torrential rain. Shampoo WTF is it a motorcycle or a poodle ,the only time a bike should look showroom ,is when it’s in a showroom . ACF 50 is not designed to protect external surfaces against corrosion .it is for protecting internal air frames sections from internal corrosion caused by condensation & damp . If bike is salty just hose down & spray some WD 40 or GT 85 to prevent rust & corrosion . The odd bit of rust or paint scratch or chip isn’t going to hurt the bike ,it will give it a nice used patina & character ,it’s more important to keep the bike mechanically sound . You will end up like a mother hen fussing over it like a pet ,instead of doing what it was designed for ,which is riding from A to B .
@@slimbrady7512 I suppose you will tell me you’re strumping your motorcycle next & giving it a long good night kiss & tucking it up with a teddy bear ! 😎
There is nothing wrong with cleaning and looking after your bike coz they aint cheap to buy these days and looking after them is a pride of ownership most riders get full enjoyment out of cleaning and washing there bike as much as riding the bike. Again its pride of ownership.
@@danielbishop2031 There’s a difference between keeping a bike in good useable nick & treating it like a show queen . You can end up spending more time farting around cleaning & polishing them that riding them . My bikes get a big clean once or twice a year ,plus the odd hose down when ridden on salt roads & a wipe over with an oily rag plus squirt of WD 40 or GT 85 , they get ridden all year round .One bike is 20 years old still looks almost mint when washed & the other 5 years old looks new . If they ever get too tatty or rusty I will paint & tart them up . Pride of ownership is just pretentious bullsh💩t ,unless you fabricated the motorcycle yourself .
Thanks for sharing your opinion. Although WD40 and GT85 have their uses, in my experience they certainly don’t protect a bike as well as ACF-50 does. If people want to keep their bikes in showroom condition then in my opinion there’s nothing wrong with that. If you could see the state of the bike now after riding it in March then you will see that it does get used. I am however looking forward to getting it back to mint when the roads become cleaner again! Thanks for watching 👍

@@TheAdventuresofPhilJones Oh yes, this is a man who thinks WD40 is great for paint work!!!!!!!!!!
@@davidreed6817 I see what you mean. Well, WD40 is great for a lot of things but I’ll stick to my approach for a deeper shine! 😊⚡️
