On the N'Erud world, this is an elevator on the towers portion of the map that has a hidden level that will not appear on the map. You will have to get off while the elevator is moving to get to the hidden level. Prepare for a fight travelers.

There is also a door you can interact with in the weaver 2phase boss fight. I am working towards figuring how to open it. I did figure out you can talk to one of the patients on the second floor. You can go back after you have the heart and talk to him. That's all I got so far
Once you clear the mobs it the room with the patients talk to the guy sitting up. And than go after you have the heart of his friend. I showed him the heart didn't get anything. There is more.
@@ZomgLolPants you have to talk to him B4 the fae door after the fae door when you have the heart. And when you talk to him go to the basement and talk to the doctor. Keep going back and forth. That's as far as I have gotten. I've gone after the boss fight nothing.
In Nirud the putrid domain There is the hidden water level which will refill slowly and at that time you have to collect the items in there once it is filled you cant go back you have to reroll and chance the side level to spawn, this game still maze me with its secrets

Relic fragments quality depends on the difficulty you're playing on. An easy way to farm the highest quality is to just set your adventure mode to apocalypses then go have Dwell craft a bunch.
You're not supposed to give the keys... gotta give the doctor her figurines and open her door after giving them to her to retrieve the nightwear figurine to trade into the qwv for dream catcher
@@The_Babe I meant scrap but basically if you have the merciless weapon and some others there is some event in the great sewers that can spawn and you shoot this person feet as much as you want and he drops his hand repeatedly and you can keep taking off his ring to get as much scrap as you want I’m currently at 200k because of it
Yes and no. It won’t accept main quest items but you can give it side quest items. On adventure I think everything is fair game so you would have to re-roll the adventure.

yep, to get mythical fragment you need to get 7 archetype lvl 10
