A hardcore Realism overhaul of Tarkov making it much more difficult to survive and extract from raids, requiring you to bring the best equipment possible to successfully extract.
PMCs, Scavs, and other threats roam the maps searching for loot and doing quests, as you do the same.
Die, and lose everything you brought in to the raid.
