another question. we waterproofed our roof deck with liquid asphalt about 15 years ago. now the waterproofing is failing. we have decided to use buildrite epocoat and cleversil. My question is, will epocoat adhere well to the concrete previously treated with liquid asphatl? as additional info, the asphalt is now really very dry as it was applied so many years ago. any suggestion to improve adhesion?
