Heron and Egret Rookery

This video was made with my DJI Mavic 2 drone at Holt Lake in NC. There are about 30 Great Blue Heron nests and about 5 Great Egret nests.

Hi Loonlady, Good to see you. I was looking for an Eagle nest and stumbled upon this Rookery. Lots more Merganser nests this year but I didn't take any videos. The Prothonotary Warbler nesting was terrible I think because of the record breaking spring drought. Rup.
