Honestly, looking back, this is one of the best live-action adaptations. Mainly because the entire main cast (aside from Max maybe) acted 100% accurate compared to the show. Kevin especially.

I love this movie, wish they did more. The characters look exactly alike which is cool. Even the grandpa.

Even in these clips you can see him use his powers more than once as he absorbs metal in order to punch the door open.
He also uses his powers at the start of the movie, that time I'm pretty sure his whole body transforms into a metal material

I actually thought most of the acting was pretty solid for a Cartoon Network movie. Ben and Kevin’s actors did a pretty good job mimicking the characters mannerisms and tones from the show, Gwen’s performance was really weak though
We need a Ben 10 anime or cartoon that’s more suitable for older audiences. Not the trash kids reboots we have now.

Me too! I dont understand why people hate so much on her, she looks olike gwen, a redhead girl with green eyes, and her face is quite similar to that in the cartoon.
You know, watching this video I just figured out what's wrong with these live action movies of cartoons. Yes, the casting is great, and I may even exclude this version of Kevin from the problem I'm about to address, but the problem is that the lines still feel like they were written for a voice actor who has to generally over exaggerate what they say, and now it's being said live action, where you don't really have to over exaggerate as much. Also, I get the computer screens looking dumb due to limited graphics, but there was no reason to do Kevin's car like that.
Their budget was low and thats why we couldn't see more aliens.
