Janet put on a great performance as always. What is apparent is that she was having technical issues with her mic. If you pay attention, you can see her signal stage left that she needs more volume a couple of times. She also attempts to adjust the settings on her own in the midst of dancing. Alas, the show must go on, so she made the best of it.
If she wasn't tracking half the performance perhaps she wouldn't of had so many issues. The sound techs are trying to keep up with which parts she wants to sing and which parts she doesn't
