I mean is it natural to be born writing with all fingers? it's not that easy if u don't practice doing that.
nah man these people act like they were born doing it. In reality most people who don't practice with all fingers wont be able to type with their ring finger and pinky apart from the special occasions, like when pressing enter, ', shift, ,. etc. Mainly because those fingers arent used for precision purposes, they're mainly used for gripping stuff.
You just gotta practice slowly every word you're slow at, and re-learn your patterns. You can actually re-learn it quite fast if you practice often.

I remember seeing this video and thinking wow I wish i could type like reckful and started taking typing lessons and practising a lot on type racer hoping that one day i could reach that speed, I wasn't a massive reckful fan but I'd still like to give my condolence to his death and just to say thanks for the motivation and I can not thank you enough.
