Woah. Looking back now its kinda insane you had Gordy Haab on the project. With all the Star Wars scores he did later. So fun to watch all these latest uploads of you guys.

Woah I just happened across this today! To answer the big question here; RVD2 was THE reason my career took off in the direction it did. It was essentially my demo for my first video game job on Indiana Jones and the Staff Of Kings. Which led to TOR, then BF1 and 2 and so on.

Amazing, brother! I’m not sure I ever knew explicitly that was the case. I have of course been cheering your success all these years (and bragging I knew you back when, haha) but I’m ecstatic to know our project was truly useful in helping to launch upward! With your talent, though, I think it would have just been a matter of time anyway. Couldn’t be happier for you, you’re doing amazing work!

Thanks brother! And same - always thrilled to follow along with your successes. Working on this will always be one of my fondest memories from my early years in the composing biz;)

    Hey Ryan,
I donated to this score and was SO HAPPY it happened, and the Nova from SaberShop is still serving me well to this day. It's awesome to see that you went on to work on Star Wars Projects and work for ScanLineVFX!
I was wondering if you've talked to Gordy or Kyle recently? They went on to work on Star Wars Battlefront II, and Gordy co-wrote one of the best non-Williams Star Wars scores in Jedi: Fallen Order.
I was wondering if you've asked if RvD2 was helpful in putting them on the map for these officially licensed Star Wars projects? I know a lot of the folks who work on those were huge fanfilm watchers, so it wouldn't surprise me AT ALL.
My prayers are with Michael and his family and his continued recovery.
    Hope you're doing well!

Thanks sir. Yeah I've never asked Gordy that question. But, you know, much like myself working on a real Star Wars, it had nothing to do with my previous "fan film" work. So it's very possible that his successes are similarly just based on talent and drive.
