Yeah. I heard that and I was so confused... why is that even a question that's relevant? It should have been left to Joe to talk about it IF he wanted to. Sexuality is a deeply personal thing and I felt like it wasn't given enough respect by Ross :((
Particularly how Ross started the conversation, it felt so "what an odd specimen" and made me feel so uncomfortable as a pansexual

@@parsnipp Well, I don’t think bringing it up was out of line in this case because Joe mentions it in his work, appearances, social media, etc. It was more the weird approach Jonathan Ross took.

Speaking of selling stories to a newspaper that are fake, my old photography teacher and his mate were drunk at his family house one night and noticed the family hamster was bald , as in lost his hair because of alopecia. They concocted a story that it was the oldest living hamster in the world, took photos and passed it onto a national newspaper in scotland. They ran the story and even came to the house to interview them.

Funny how we all seem to think that, when we see television which was filmed pre social distancing rules. Quite incredible how this disease changed the world in just a couple of months; and probably forever. We all just need to somehow find the best in the situation we’re having to get used to, and try and be as content with the small things we’re able to do. I just felt I wanted to reply to your comment personally as it didn’t really fit with my general comment on the video, which was that Joe is just gorgeous 😂

The face when you were asked about pansexuality is a look that pan people have all made after being asked for the 1000th time what it mean like *FFS not again, my god*
My now husband’s father asked me that the first time I was invited to dinner at their place. I’ve also been asked by a family member something like , “So are you actually what you said the other day to your aunt or were you just trying to make a point?” It was like he was asking if I was joking or saying it for some kind of a bold statement against homophobia (in the context of a brief verbal altercation with my aunt).
When people make faces/act as if they don’t believe me it makes me think they are uncomfortable with the thought of me being some ‘type’ of gay. So I usually keep it to myself otherwise it gets uncomfortable knowing that they are picturing me having sex with different people. Lol. I wanna just look with suspicious eyes and an annoying ass grin and ask, “You’re not reeeaally straight though, right? I mean, you’re just kidding?”
Or other times I’ll sort of half come out (as Joe puts it since we’re not a FULL gay, lol) by carefully and casually slipping it into conversation. They’d be like, “Yeah, he has a new girlfriend. He hasn’t dated a girl in years” and I’d be like, “Yeah, me too. So what’s her name? Where’d they meet?” It’s usually met with the ever-so-slight widening of the eyes and a pause which they seem to want to quickly fill . . . then an answer to my questions and the conversation will have moved on!

I’ve tried to watch Jonathon Ross interviews many times. Jonathon Ross is simply the absolutely worst interviewer I have ever seen in my life. I think if you grabbed a random person with no experience off the street that would do an equal or better job of it.

Even better .. seeing an open house sign on a condo "for sale" ... we walk in ... no salesman around ... so i go back outside to the side-walk .. remove the "open house" sign .. run back inside & lock the front door .. we all go upstairs to the 2nd story deck & smoke weed .. hours later the door bell rings .. & my buddie (Kyle) answers the door "hey we are the painters . emergency call for leak in the bathroom" . then shuts the door in their faces .. ' ok - now what ? '

Omg he's stolen graham nortons format, which he's not going to pull off because he can't make his guests feel as comfortable as Graham can, and trying to make up for it by forcing fake sitcom laughs from the audience and prepared stories from the other guests sitting largely redundantly on the couch. It's painful to watch...I like Joe lycett but couldn't finish it.
