This made alot of sense to me.
I have just recently connected into my ancestral line. Can you please describe how I can build up my relationship with my ancestors? Perhaps a prayer or ritual I can quickly do everyday for them?
Many of the remedies you discuss I have applied naturally over the course of my life because everything else had frustrated me or caused me grief. E.g. veggie diet, good sleep routine and meditation to bring my mind peace in my relationships (you didn't mention meditation specifically, but its something I have had to introduce into my life.)
There are so many things that you mentioned which are true, but I will say that my child's arrival didn't really bring me any personal fortune. I have never struggled so much financially my whole life. Hopefully the meditation will help to remedy this. It will take time for the medicine to work.
One thing I would say about work is that I have noticed that I really cannot work with men, but whenever I work with women there tends to be a much better relationship. Perhaps my ego is too strong... I just don't abide or subscribe to political games. Be straight forward and good at work. What do you think about this?
