To take those black grills out there was no plastic stick that you could pull out from the top. You just had to carfully lift from the bottom of that black grill up and pull the bottom part towards you. It was exactly like this RUclips clip (Renault Megane MK2 front grill panel removal to access horn). When that grill was out it was very easy to change. For the people that still need to do this, the bulbs are W5W bulbs which you can get in any car store. I suggest to also put the title in English since this video is not found easily. Like change small light Renault Modus.
