This route need to add an additional stop at Angel Pass Station.

Well, the route already stops at Millcastle Racecourse and Rocket Parade. They never put too many limited stops on the same route, or it would be too long.

If Westwyvern - St Helens Bridge adds an additional stop at Angel Pass, that will be 35 minutes in the full journey.
