  • Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin was born to a poor family in Gori (now Georgia) in the Russian Empire. He ruled the Soviet Union from 1927 until 1953, serving as both General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (1922-1952) and Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Soviet Union (1941-1953). He began governing the country through collective leadership, but by the 1930s he had become the Soviet Union’s de facto dictator.

A very strange selection of quotes, I wonder why ...?... I am more familiar with his other quotes, which are not here .. At the same time, I know his more good-natured and interesting quotes, but here are tougher ones, and I'm not sure that he said them... ))

after eliminating most of his high officers, he's been so lucky to have some left (Zhukov, Koniev, Vassilevsky - this last one retrieved from a labor camp with his ripped nails!!!) , to win the WWII.

And that is funny or bad because? 🤷🏻‍♂️. What’s your point though? I guess you were alive and witnessed all what Stalin said. I hate it when people try to trash creators, people who have probably not created anything in their lives. It’s pathetic

He was neither "good" or "bad". He was just a man. A very ruthless and heartless man.
