I am so glad I found this on youtube..I remember back in 1975 when this started and did try to learn from a book. This is so much easier. I have been volunteering at ranch that has a old goat that really needs help, so am going to start. Thank you.
how do you work with a horse alone if it has separation anxiety and how do you work on separation anxiety in a horse if the horse is really big and strong and is able to hurt you.
Separate the horse and train on human contact and trust.. herdyness is a pain in the ass to deal with so no choice but to remove friends and work on that human contact making humans a positive thing then just work. Also consider s trainer to help you so you don't get hurt
Wow that shows a complete lack of understanding of a horse - there are plenty of horses that have treats used to train various aspects for working with them.
You may want to explore the fit of the bridle along with possible pain or tension around the neck, head, etc. How is she with generally being touched around the head/neck?
You know, you can learn something from every trainer. The thing we can learn from Ms. Tellington-Jones is exactly what NOT to do when you handle a horse.

Have another, calmer horse there when you work with them.
You need to learn to communicate with the horse in their language (body language).

It is not the horse. It is the person.
Can u help me because my horse is difficult to bridle and she will raise her head and try to buck and get away how do i stop her
When they raise there head try coaxing there head down with treats
It's "their" not "there"!
Absolutely not. You never use treats to train a horse. That shows a complete lack of understanding about a horse.

It is not a horse problem. It is a people problem.
How many times do you want to repeat it ?
Oh, good grief! Come on people. Think like a horse. Learn the horse's language. Learn how to communicate with the horse.
