I know y’all are gonna come for me, but I’m gonna say it anyway! I am doing this on myself (have been for 4 years) and after applying what I’ve learned from Dr P, I love the results way better than when I used to get Botox done at a doctor’s office (not by a doctor, but his assistant). They left me with a droopy brow- I looked perennially pissed and at the follow up, she said it looks fine! When she tried to fix it, it was just ever so slightly better. I don’t have to worry about that anymore. The spa wanted to treat me with a total of 80 units; I do my whole face with 30 units or less! I don’t like the frozen look, so I know exactly the look I’m going for- and I know my face- so with the knowledge I’ve gained from doc P (and studying anatomy books from my pediatric mom’s med school days), I love the final outcome! Thank you, Dr Pearce!
I also do my own botox and I'm not going back! I use way less botox, only when and where I need it and it's hard for me to watch the lack of sanitation practice at spas and doctors offices...yes, all of them. They just slightly wipe the area with alcohol, then touch everything with their gloves, the dirty botox box, the mirror handle, something else, it always makes me anxious. As a germophob my place is absolutely clean and sanitized, the bottle is out of the box and wiped with alcohol, im out of the shower, my face is sanitized and I also wipe the area with alcohol before each injection.
Where do you buy it from? I was going to try it at a spa years ago for headaches more so than wrinkles, but now that I am older, 2 birds = 1 stone sounds amazing. Please let us know. Thank you.
Dr. P. You are an phenomenal teacher. I’ve learned so much from your RUclips videos and online E- courses. If I ever run into you I’m giving you a great big bear hug whether you want it or not.

I got botox 8 days ago and my eye brows are uneven, one being a straight line with no arch at all! my eye lids are droopy and I am completely devastating at the outcome 😢 can this be fixed?
I have the same for a second time just not as bad as the first ,i lost my arch from my one brow pretty annoying cause i look uglier ,she is dermatologist i think they are less trained than a plastic surgon,i have a plastic surgeon he is amazing i was so natural and cat eye, just it holded shorter, from dermatologist hold longer that droopy eye took 6 months to get rid of it,
Very informative and most appreciated. Thank you for your effort and time in teaching us the rational for injecting. I have learnt a lot from your videos and the courses I purchased and never stop learning.
Great video ...very helpful... where would you inject when a client has a lovely smooth forehead and all their lines are in the cat ear section .... would you treat more units in the corrugator and eyebrow tail to stop the eyebrow constantly lifting up and down and leaving etched in lines ....ty for sharing
For some reason my new injector causes my eyes to be way more hooded. And I have lines running through near my hairline. I looked awful. I want a hooded eye lift.
When drawing out the "cat ears" is the vector going through the pupil or along the lateral limbus? It is shown both ways in different diagrams and in previous lectures. Can you clarify this for me? Thanks!
What about to a person that have a very small forehead like me,how you inject ,I did a year ago and I did have dropped of eyebrows like 6 month after, now is getting better but now im very cousous of how im going to inject again.I love your videos.
Such a great video, I would love you to do my Botox, I have never been able to achieve a brow lift after years of trying! If anything they always seem to droop!
Ok, this might sound like a dumb question but when you say you use 2.5ml for 100 units botox, and then you use 1 unit per injection site, is that 1 unit of botox, so 2.5 'units' of diluted solution, or 1 unit of diluted solution?
Dr Tim isn’t currently treating patients as he is focussing on training at present but unless you’re happy to be filmed there are some opportunities to be treated by Dr Tim in the Autumn. Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim
Thank you! This vid helped way more. Question though. If I use the same amount of toxin but put it in more sites in an area will the product last just as long? So for example say I was gonna put 40units Dysport/16 units Botox across the pt's frontalis and put it in 4 sites symmetrically. If I change my pattern and break it up to 4-5 sites on each side will the hold not last as long? Will it last as long but just not be as effective in each injection site? I’d like more leeway to tailor a pattern to my pt's needs. I’m just worried they’ll come back in a month and a half with the product already worn off. 90% of my patients are men BTW.
Some lines depending on the age of the patient, skin laxity may remain and younger patients can have a smooth forehead. But putting a little toxin within the cats ears will soften those lines but ultimately will also reduce the movement / lift they have. Patients can’t always have both. So alternatives can be considered. Filler is one of those choices. But botox is the safer option. Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim.
I want to know in case the patient in very spock brow after the botox treatment, how to fix it? should I inject the lifting triangle part for some units ?
Yes exactly. But better to wait for the review. Usually a small dose in the upper third of the triangle should be enough to calm the brow. Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim

Thank you for such an excellent video. If it is not hard for you, can you share what do you do with the frontalis wrinkles just above the eyebrow (lower then 2 cm ) ?
Many doctors in Azerbaijan told me that eyebrow filling is dangerous. They reported that the eyebrow is a sensitive organ and they do not recommend it. Eyebrow fillings are dangerous. What can you say about this? I'm undecided, can you please help 🙏

Informative as usual, thank you Dr. Pearce! I have had patients come in asking for a brow lift, their previous injector injects higher on the lateral frontalis to "Spock" it a bit. I get concerned that I will inject too high and "Spock" it too much! Have you found a sweet spot that lifts the lateral brow but not a huge spock brow? I know everyone is different, but just wondering if maybe 2cm above the lateral brow is a place to start and then fine tune during follow up?

Lifting the eyelid gently is achieved by lifting the brow in a vector that creates an arch. This is generally a female look however that’s not to say though that men shouldn’t have it. Many men like this look. But when a man lifts his brows they usually lift quite straight as apposed to arched. So treating the forehead is to be done evenly across if he doesn’t want this arch. It can be done but the degree of lift will be very minimal. Or only treating the frown and crows feet maybe a better natural lift again it’s not as strong as leaving out the lifting vectors in the forehead. Surgical intervention is the most appropriate treatment if a patient, male or female has significant hooding and is after “lift” for that purpose. Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim
