No chickens were harmed in the making of this video!
LOL!
Nice job on the cleanup and grade.
Cheers
Terry
No chickens were harmed in the making of this video? Except maybe at lunch time. 😂
@mikehunt3222 I thought I counted one less after lunch but I wasn't sure. They kept that fire going for a reason then😂!
Cheers
I was really impressed with Gunners driving skills Mike, he’s learning dad! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 At least he doesn’t argue with you like Aaron! You need to get him on the mini more, practicing! He’s going to be a chip off the ole block dad! 👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻
" I know a guy."
Hey, that's my line? 😁😁😁😁😂😂😂😂😂😂
Aaron needed a vacation, he was working TOO hard for DP.
I let my phone run on your videos repeatedly while I'm busy doing things.
It's just my way of bumping up your channel.
You're AWESOME dp.
Thanks
I like big buckets, I cannot lie: Sir digs alot.
That looks great. Ralph sure was a great help getting this job done. Watching this sure makes my morning coffee taste better.
This was a two cup video today..😂
He appeared to be in quite the rush to get this done. Almost in the way at times. Busy bee.
@@CCscott I was worried Mike was going to drop a load of dirt on Ralph a couple of times.
Thank you! News is depressed anymore don’t watch it so we watch you! Thank you again
Yup, haven't watch the news for a few years now. This is so much more relaxing.
I can listen to Bubba Dump's throaty Rumbling pipes too much!
If you listen for too long, they will lull you into a sound sleep and keep you there for hours of relaxing slumber!
I am so glad you went with the viewers suggestion to make the rack of pipes for the dump truck!
Idle hands are the Devils Joy, Keep busy and tick him off!
Ralph did a great job of getting dirt moved around but you can definitely tell when a professional dirt guy takes over. Great job Ralph and DP!!!
That looks really nice, the view of the creek from their home and great use of the land. Missed your little helper, he was quite the man in the last video.
I SURE MISS GUNNER LOL
Bubba says:
I'm enjoying this nice day too. Things are going smooth. ...
All that in one day ! You and Ralph make an efficient team.
Ralph better watch out. He is going to become a permanent crew member
Mike, you made my day. You and Ralph worked well together. I thought you was going to take a quick dip in the creek for a minute. Have a Blessed Day. I'm off to the hospital for some tests,Yah.
I'm glad you are helping your neighbors with projects along with everything else going on. Ralph has a great place with a fantastic view. I'm Shure he is going to make it work fine. He isn't Gunnar but not bad with Bubba Dump 😊. Great video and can't wait for the next update. Hope Aaron is doing well and gets back to work soon 😂😂.
Gunner and Ralph have the same issue with the Bubba Dump. They forget to put it in neutral so they can rev it up to dump. Other than that, they both did very well. One thing is for sure, there is a lot of trust when the contractor lets the customer operate his equipment!
I see a lot of potential for a very sizeable pond that the creek will run through! Continuous flow of water to keep it full!
I’m sure Ole Ralph had a ball playing around with all that equipment. Looked like he wasn’t scared to jump in the seat of any of them.
Looks great as usual. Ralph was a great help. Thanks for the video
That bucket has " Summer Teeth " Some are teeth and some are not.🍻
Don’t get me wrong but looking forward to seeing Jerry back doing what he does best… Dozers and ponds….lol.. I’d sure like to see some of the last few pond builds filled with water. DP does some awesome jobs building ponds. Just saying.
Dreaming of Jerry on his D4 helping finish the grade ... miss him and sure you do as well DP. Gotter done and that's what counts.
A big difference Mike the two of you really cleaned up that yard, it looks really nice.
If you had backed that loader off the end of the trailer without detaching the tilt lock, you would have been absolutely roasted by Aaron for the next year. From a content perspective, it would have been priceless!
Dirt Perfect, you are a good person and very trusting. I don't know too many owners that would let just anybody in a 200000.00 machine. I can see why you are a pillar in the community.
It doesn’t matter if Aaron isn’t there. Every job he does he usually comes up a little short anyway. 🤣
Guess you could use you young truck driver today. Gunner runs Bubba Dump like an old pro. You should be a proud papa
Looks great. Ralph and his tractor did a good job as well.
Definitely a heavy equipment operator, He said the mini was cute 😂
I do miss the "Good Morning Sunshine!" But understand Aaron has that other job. Was good seeing Gunner help too! Not to say I don't enjoy watching the boss but you AND Aaron together is priceless😁 The job turned out great as usual!
Ralph doing a pretty good job of pushing you around 😂 All ways a good feeling to clean up an area and make it look beautiful, great work 💪🤗🇺🇸
The New Guy knows how to work , efficient at best and flawless 😉
D 4 WOULD BE IDEAL FOR THAT JOB,BUT SKID STEER DID THE WORK Surprisingly EASY.
Your top 3 employees. Jerry, Aaron and now Ralph. If he isn't one he looks like he should be.
Gosh that looks really nice! Great job working with what you have on site! So Ralph has the marina for sale.....better get dibs on those fork extensions if he sells out! Nice relaxing way to spend the morning, coffee and Dirt Perfect! Birds out the window singing, dog curled up next to me, life is good! Thanks for a great start to my day!
ralph sure aint afraid of jumping into your tonkas and getting dirt moved. the site looks good
the big problem when Aaron isn't there is that you don't have anyone to blame, for example for forgetting to unlock the tilting trailer...😁😁😁
Looks fantastic - no dozer required really. Will be a lovely vista from the home whan all grows green and the sun shines.
It does not just luck wonderful but it is PERFECT.
You’re creating a beautiful area for dipping toes in the stream and the flood plain will deal with heavier rains and winter melt. Take a skill operator to see past the mess to create a usable landscape that gives and much as it takes! Proper job.
🧦 - Dobby approves of this video - 🧦 Landscaping is on point as always 😃
No sidekicks today ?? 🤔😵😂
Well, not quite true, Ralph did a heck of a job on Gunners' behalf 💪💪💪
And the bigger bucket is definitely a plus. Once it has seen the metal dentist, it will be champion !! 💪💪💪
Nice job and great assistance by Ralph. Maybe next time during holiday season you can bring Gunner and charge him at half the price, 😊
Nice job DP. That first move by the creek is something I would do lol. Great transformation.
Good morning sunshine! Always great way to start my day with a video from you! Ralph is enjoying helping you out! Lol! Aaron better watch out his job might be in danger! Lol! Much love from Henderson Ga USA
That’s OK. Every job Aaron’s on he comes up a little short anyway. 😂
@@mikehunt3222 Ikr! 😂😅
You might consider hiring Ralph, he looked good. Aaron has some competition now with Ralph and your son.
About time you get back to digging and moving dirt. Great to see the weather warming up, even if you publish months after. Your stick-to-it work ethic digging ponds encouraged me to buy a Case 455C and take on my own excavation project for a 66 x 45 foot shop I will build over the next few months. Here in Utah, we run into worthless soil conditions. I needed to dig 6 feet below the bottom of the footings or native ground level whichever is deeper and import structural compactible fill. Yikes, 1300 yards to dig out and over 1800 yards to buy, import, and compact to 90%. That over-ex also required 6 feet outside and inside the footings. 14 foot wide dig under the footings.
50 hours of Case 455C time to dig out the 1300 yards. That useless 'fatty' clay was miserable to dig. 18 years ago, I dug a 1 acre foot 14 foot deep pond with a Case 450 with a detachable back-hoe.
No RUclips channel but a Facebook page called Mr G's Workshop if I can ever figure out how to get it to publish to the public.
Boats perfect marina coming soon to Derby, Sponsored by Mayor DP
Hi DP
The case DL550 would have been great for this job.
I wished that you still had it.
I hope Hunter is not too tired from yesterday's job
Great job
God bless
The new wider bucket works well Mike. Did a great job with the skid steer. From what it looked like before to what it looked like after you worked on all this, with some help from Ralph, looks great..except that all those tree roots would drive me insane.
It's great to see the transformation. You guys did good. The property is very nice. Stay safe
Hard to believe that Indiana does not require a silt fence when working right next to and into a stream.
The bucket view was fun! Had to take a Dramamine, but a nice shot! Haha! We love your channel.
Hi Mike & it's is Randy and i like yours video is cool & Thanks Mike & Friends Randy
You’re calling it nippy, and somewhere Ralph is running around in shorts 😂
Looks good! I think if I were Ralph, I would have had you dig out a nice swimming hole.
Just a thought. With such a low bank like what you are making, it does look beautiful, but if the stream becomes swollen from storm water, you are going to have some flooding. I hope things work out for you.
My guess is as it's so easy reversing Bubba Bump, the cameras have already paid for themselves. It would interesting, to know what your thoughts are on how long it takes for the new bucket to pay for itself, looks like if it's 3 buckets a load it won't take long. Looks really nice Mike, I think the extra width on that new bucket certainly helped with the grading. 👍
This would have been a PERFECT JOB for the Minotaur !!! 😊
If that was a WB bucket you bought at the auction, it never would have broken the shank and lost a tooth. You got more work out of Gunner than MBTS! 😂 LOOKS GOOD.
That finished off good with having all those rocks and roots in it.
I imagine that the miracle rake would make a heck of a chicken plucker and deboning tool , thought we were gonna' see a new use for the ruckus rake for a second there.
Get big Baz the Welderfabber in to sort the teething problems out Mike.
good ole Mike, putting us down on the ruckus rake lol, a little warning next time so we can get our goggles and face mask on, wasn't planning on having dirt and twigs for dinner 😋 and of course we enjoyed the video, haven't seen a bad one yet. 👍
With the property owner helping you.
It has been a easier job for you. It will look.
Marvelous Thank you for sharing.😊
Good morning Mike. You made a great buy with the bucket. The 220 handles it great. Thanks for sharing with us. Have a great day.
Thanks 👍
You could always take all the teeth off that 60" , put a smooth edge on, and use her for a soil digging, grading bucket . Nice work you and Ralph did there .
bucket cam is fun and the new camera placements make it an awesome experience...may I say you need 4k cameras and a 19" monitor, nevermind aaron couldn't see to drive unless you point one camera forward
👍👍👍👍👍 hope this is enough likes for you and I so enjoy your videos and all the people you banter with. So entertaining to see 😁👋.
Thanks
You and I know Gunner would learn more with you than ever in school.
Call the bucket toothless!!! You have kids, so you get the reference!!!
Welcome back, may 9. Rainy Thursday morning.
👍 Ahhhhh, peaceful. Cubes = good idea.
That’s where you could’ve used the Minotaur, Mike with the blade! I liked the Minotaur!👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Not gonna lie, I couldn't see the vision at the beginning. But, the finished product looks really good!
Bubba dump needs a dentist! LOL!~
Thank you for sharing, another great moment 👍👍👍👍
There you go trying to make us sick with the bucket view again lol
All made for great viewing bro it is all looking quite tidy with the help of the owner. Safe travels. Ken.
DP do you charge extra when the customer helps you 😮I mean it is on the job training 😅
Would love to see a set of dolly wheels built for the Hyundai so you can sit the bucket in the bed of bubba dump and cruise on home
Ralph makes a good Aaron replacement. and no back talk.
As much work as Ralph did I hope you gave him a discount ;) lol. Another great job :)
It’s almost the middle of May here in Louisiana and the humidity has come pretty hard already Mike, we’re already in those moist humid nights now! But that’s the south and it sucks! Not too bad during the day yet but our daytime temperatures are running in the low to mid 80’s now summer is coming! Good luck today Mike and stay safe! 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Good Morning Mike, You got me all excited when you said DL550....lol Man that thing is a Beast Dam nice job on that slope, Keep up the good work Sir.
Blimey that Takeuchi 220 really has got some decent power, there was some piles I thought there's no way that's bulldozing that through but it did.
That's going to look lovely once it's all seeded with a lush lawn right down to the waters edge.
It always amazes me how you can take a piece of land with so much trash scattered around and by the time you are done moving dirt around it nearly all disappears.
Movin dirt, my favorite.
Wow! Some of those camera shots were great! Nice camera placement.
Bubba Dump's last two operators was better then the one today
He was just testing the water
That looks really good. Run chickens dirt perfect will make pre tenderize 😆
Sometimes you have to compromise when the equipment is not available. Making due with what ya got and coming up a winner. Ralph's job looks great Mike.
I still can’t believe your son was operating Bubba Dump last episode. Most people his age would be intimidated but he owned that dump truck!
I would put johnson grass along the creek up to the high water mark. It don't wash out when it gets going . And you can bush hog it.
“I know a welder.” 😄
Hard to believe that Ralph can actually retire.
I’m sure even if/when he sells the marina he will not sit idle.
I’ll just throw this out there that I think Ralph will become the newest part time employee for DP.
Hey Mike that project turned out really nice 👍🏻
There you have it. Big Bucket and Bubba Dump to the rescue.
Awwwww, I was hoping for a dukes of hazard style yeeet of the Taco off the trailer!!!
