- Today, I just wanted to share a little bit of footage I took while going on a very quick trip to Vermont. You will see the Green Mountains in early Spring, the cutest General Store (in my opinion) and trip down Main St. of Woodstock, VT. Enjoy and thanks for stopping by!

I loved the drive through Woodstock! It's somewhere I've wanted to visit my entire adult life.
Love Vermont
Beautiful veido
Such a wonderful place to drive around
TFS. I'd love to visit Woodstock. Someday, definitely someday!
Ohhhhh yes!!!!!! General stores…my absolute favorite!!!!!! The one you went to was just 👌🏻😊. Lol, The Walton’s was one of my favorite shows growing up and I still watch the reruns ☺️. Thanks for the beautiful views 👍🏻.
I love the Waltons too (although I almost always end up in tears LOL), What I love about the old General Stores is that each one has it's own personality.....so fun stepping into a bit of the past. Have a great week Donna!
I love the drive...iv never been to NE so beautiful
Thank you for the tour. I saw a covered bridge in this and I just love covered bridges.
Yes Patricia, they're all over out here. Sometimes you're just driving a back road and one "just pops up". 😊
Woodstock thrills my soul!!! We spend a great weekend there four years ago, and loved every minute!
Thanks to Linda for introducing your RUclips channel. Beautiful country side, pleasant music and calming to the soul. Thank you.
Thank you Ann and Welcome!
Next time you are in the Woodstock area, may I suggest a visit to Quechee, Vermont. The Quechee gorge is beautiful and it’s a quick walk down to the bottom of the gorge. Then you can visit the Simon Pierce factory where you can watch them blow the glass and you can purchase some of the glassware ….very pricey but gorgeous. I think the best thing is that you can have lunch there …. the food is absolutely delicious and the view is delightful…happy travels!
Hi Cynthia! I have been to Quechee (beautiful) and Simon Pierce. We did watch the glass blowers….incredible. I didn’t know you could have lunch there, I’ll add that to my list!! 😊. Thank you for the recommendations.
Used to go to the Woodstock Inn for dinners and Brunch when Laurence
Rockefeller owned it. Woodstock is gorgeous but very moneyed...quietly
so. Sold antiques to Sheila Barton at The Lamp Shop Antiques. A very
dear friend who has now passed. Oh, the memories!!
Oh wow, I did not know it was owned by a Rockefeller at one time. It does not surprise me though, such a beautiful place.
@My New England Story..Yes, The Inn was part of Rock Resorts which Laurence Rockefeller was the CEO. I do believe they restored the Billings Farm and Museum in
Woodstock. I lived in Rutland and
what a pleasure it was to drive over the mountain to Woodstock for brunch. This was in the late 70's when it was much more affordable. Could not do it now.!!
Do stay safe and well this winter and load up.on your wood supplies. Great meeting you!
Thanks so much for the trip to Vermont! I am looking forward to seeing more videos from you! I am a New England lover who lives in the Pacific NW! The sacrifices we make to be near family😀
Yes Barbara, so true! Luckily with Social Media we can now travel from our own Living Room!
Love Woodstock. We spend time there every summer. Where is that general store you mentioned? Surprised that we have not been there. Many thanks.
