Sometimes the Black Series NAILS it. Christopher Lee as Dooku, Resairo/Ahsoka, Katie/Bo Katan to name a few, and although this is an interpretation of an animated character, it's probably the best interpretation of young Ahsoka I've seen, including some high-dollar collectibles. Love the pose with the arms crossed. Iconic. 👏
Hasbro has dramatically improved their game; while SH figurats is still king when it comes to posing/balance,Hasbro has become better in terms of detail/likeness. The 2021-2023 figures are DRAMATICALLY better than anything released in the 2010s.
My favorite part of this figure, is definitely the face. They translated her animated face into a live action look so well, and It just overall looks really good.
After to the Magnaguard I’m very glad to see this figure has lived up to expectations! It looks amazing and I cannot wait to have it on the shelf! Bring on the P2 review! 😂
Dang... That's a wonderful representation of a young Ahsoka. I'm glad they made her a little shorter - however, is it just me, or should she be even shorter that that? Not a huge deal - the figure looks incredible. Thanks so much for sharing, LL!
Great review, glad to finally get this look for Ahsoka! While I get not wanting to break the sculpt with a thigh swivel, and some other companies use this type of thigh swivel anyway, I hope Hasbro still use the traditional kind for designs that can allow the break in a seamless way. Black Series figures aren't that articulated compared to some other lines to begin with, so I'd hate to lose even more articulation if it can be avoided.
@@alexissandoval1284Clearly you do not collect modern Marvel legends or SH figures, which makes you ignorant on this Because their double joints do not break the sculpt And they are very sturdy especially sense they are pinless and single joints only really work for troops but only if it is a deep cut but for most characters I want double joints for more posing especially sense I love to do dynamic posing and some of the black series are hard to do that with ie a good chunk of the jedi figs and the 2020 clone mold
Just got my hands on this figure, I must say I’m surprised with how good the quality is on this figure. She’s beautifully painted and articulated; and she has nice shelf presence in my black series display along my Rex which I just bought.
I've found it's much easier to get her holding the saber in her left hand if you rotate the hilt so the peg is between her thumb and middle finger. Makes for a wider grip so it won't fall out.
Something that kind of annoys me is the fact that they made both of her lightsabers the same color. Her shoto blade should be a more yellow-green compared to just the straight green of her primary saber.
Great review, and I enjoy your videos but I hate plastic garments on figures, and prefer soft goods though for this Ashoka the soft plastic kinda works. Anyhow thank you for these early reviews.

The stripes on her head are gray instead of blue, which is a mistake they've been making on the recent TVC Ahsoka figures. That's a bummer, but a nice figure overall.

I think it would still be better if Hasbro made the lightsabers as either ignited and just the hilt to attach to the figure instead of the removable blade. Otherwise her lightsabers look great 👍. Am I the only one that doesn’t like the new Black Series boxes? I can’t stand the front of the box saving plastic I guess. I like to see what the figure looks like and not open the box. I do love the art work on the side of the box
Awesome! The semi force hand is a great touch. Personally, I wish they'd gone for a more realistic face like the TVC figure. But as is, the figure seems to wonderfully capture the cartoon look. Really looking forward to this one. Thanks for the early review!

yeah they should bring back double joints for the black series especially sense they have pinless joints now

That expression hand is cool and all but it sucks that it can’t hold the lightsaber. Those would be great for a extra swappable hand.

Unfortunately the neck articulation is horrendous, I thought it was because of the headsculpt but it turns out the neck and the peg are the problem

The TVC figures will usually get a ignited and unlit lightsaber blade so it can be done.

I really like the mandalore arc ahsoka but got into TBS too late to get her at a good price. Hopefully this one will be more attainable
The galaxy of adventures figure line version can work as a stand in. I had it for a while but gave a lot of my figures to charity

I do want to ask a question before mine arrives. Does the Ahsoka figure fit the plastic packaging of the Seaosn 7 Walmart Exclusive Ahsoka figure.

After seeing her in clone wars live action in Ahsoka part 5, it appears all the Ahsoka figures are now too tall. On second thoughts, this one is ok.
