Oreo Muffins

What's an incredible easy-peasy way to bring on the smiles? Muffins, of course!
Raid your kitchen cabinets for the simple ingredients that you’ll need and don’t forget to pick your favourite pack of Oreo!
Ingredients
1 large packet of Oreos cookies
250 ml curd
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup refined oil
2 cups refined flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
1 packet marshmallow
Chocolate sauce
Method
STEP 1: Crush a pack of Oreo cookies and keep them aside.
STEP 2: Now in a separate bowl, mix curd, powdered sugar, refined oil, flour, baking powder vanilla essence and milk.
STEP 3: Sprinkle the mix with 10-12 crushed Oreo cookies and add some more milk to blend it again.
STEP 4: Use a scooper to fill the mixture onto muffin cups.
STEP 5: Top it up with crushed Oreo and marshmallows.
STEP 6: Bake the batch in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 15-17 minutes.
STEP 7: Garnish the muffins with chocolate sauce and gobble it up!
