Chiba. And technically, no, he's not. Despite what fanfiction would like us to believe, the universe canon proclaims that only females can be Senshi. All his initial transformations were in response to Sailor Moon's present form or situation. Tuxedo Mask came on the scene after Usagi's first transformation. It, in fact, specifically states that in the beginning he could not control his transformation, being forcefully transformed when Sailor Moon is in danger and showed that the process was painful for him if it caught him off guard or he tried to fight it. He reverted to his Prince Endymion form the first time Sailor Moon reverted into Princess Serenity. The Moonlight Knight was quite literally his magic given physical form in order to protect Sailor Moon after she wished for everyone's memories to be sealed away at the end of the first season so they could "live normal lives", thus preventing him from transforming himself and going to help her stupid ass.

An example: they would write chut up instead of shut up.

I think the characters in this game actually do look masculine - especially in comparison to the anime and manga - but I think this game is more realistic about the Sailor Scouts because they basically are martial arts fighters which probably developed muscle hypertrophy over time. Still, they are women and beautiful.
I really like them! It's tricky to make them look feminine at all in this sort of game but when watching the battle clips they look rather beautiful and strong. I really like your design of "Sailor Earth Warrior." Even if Tuxedo Mask is technically the warrior of Earth. I loved that Tuxedo Mast by the way.

Yes, they do look a little...buff...but you have to remember, this is not a SM game, and she did her best to make the sailor scouts with what the game gave her. also, the "Sailor Earth", if you read the description, she clearly says she made up that character herself....

I've been trying to make Sailor Senshi with Soul Calibur 3 and 4 but never succeeded. So apparently 5 has the right materials to do them justice! There was even a giant rose for Tuxedo Mask?! haha perfect!

It's silly to argue about the presence of a Sailor Earth. If it's a fan creation, why does it matter? Let people be creative and enjoy, it's not like they are presenting it as factual storyline. Fun video, the non-moving poses are a little stiff, but in movement they look great. I like the designs, they are recognizable and distinctive, especially considering I'm sure there was a limited design palette to work with.
