I found that in India we don't have good exposure to front lawns and backyard garden. Especially backyard garden plan with natural fish pond.

Do you have any design similar to Antilla model.. not in such huge scale but similar model in 500 sq. Yards.. dedicated floor for parking(underground).. dedicated floor for gym and spa. Dedicated floor for bar sit out and home theatre.. dedicated floor for office.. top of all a duplex with 4 to 5 bedroom villa....

You have done a very good projects with compact space. But servants room might have been given out from the main living spaces. But I could not understand the idea of a pool. In which floor is the pool located? One thing I loved in this project is mostly all of the rooms are opening into a balcony (said to be as open space). But still; you can enhance the videos. You could take a real walkthrough of the house and also you should mention the plot facing direction, which is also important to be said.
Is this plan suitable for all directions .(I know U will not reply , nobody read/care comments , U also)

Hello greenline architects. Your content and plans are really great. I quiet frequently check out your videos and i am a fan. And here i just got one suggestion for you to please try to make the bedroom and bathroom look a little bit more comfortable and slightly bigger than what it looks now. Otherwise you guys are fantastic and i know it will help you guys to attract more fans with this small change. I know below 1000 sq ft its difficult to do that. But even if its approximately 2000 sq ft and more it can easily manage to draw some posh and large rooms with a large Jacuzzi inbuilt bathroom to keep us viewers pampered and it may also make everyone feel a little bit luxurious to watch this visually. I will wait for this change and looking forward for some another outstanding videos. Best of luck 👍🏻

nice layout. I wud have loved to see the car park and maids room in basement. Multiple car parked right at the entrance destroys the view as it gives a feeling of a parking lot. Steps at the side entrance seems very good though.

Designs are heart touching but ...first-- entry from main gate to car parking is downwards so in rainy season water will come inside heavily....second---there is no space on terrace for walking or playing any small outdoor game (badminton etc)....last i want to know size of swimming pool nd the total cost includes furniture,tv,bed,sofas,wooden work or not

I think plot area is called land area..
And built up area is area covered by walls and carpet area.. but you’re sowing on screen it’s reverse

Good design but isme open kitchan nhi dena tha aur kitchan bada rahna tha alg se aur living double nhi dena tha uske jagah room aur bathroom bade-bade hote to accha hota.
I like your concept but the only concern is that the terrace garden should have some modifications for the seating ! A roof is a must .. something designed in such a way that the comfort n protection is maintained along with the leisure of the weather.. without the roofing the furniture n all the decoration will be ruined by a simple rain shower.. please keep that in mind too .
A simple and cost effective solution for that would be using Exterior Furniture.

there are wide range of outdoor Furniture available in the market. its weather proof and easily manage the heavy rain & hot summers. All other indian Jugads are also welcome like concrete slab with removable cushions.
