    At 56:52 dogura is doing 6B->barrier->2C. would anyone know how he's doing that?

    I think we might've missed some of Dogura's wins. 1:19:15 - 1:19:22. Win count top left corner.

    Is that true?

      Grumpy Protagonist yeah, was gonna upload it but minami doesn't save archives so it's lost forever :/

      Jourdal Well, that sucks. Thanks anyway~ I need to study more Japanese Susano'o play. I saw Hima on your channel, and he's fast. Anyway. Thanks for your work, Jourdal.

    Question, do the japanese in general not have as good of recording capability? Trying to figure out why these matches are 360p.

    • @Jourdal
      @Jourdal  7 лет назад +2

      TheDarkWall Nico is the culprit. This stream is recorded in 1080 iirc but nico butchers it. when arcades dual stream the difference is night and day.

    Btw you did count wrong:
    Dogura (Az) - W, L, L, L, W, L, L, L, L, L, L, L, W, L, W, L, W, L = 5
    Fenrich (Jin) - L, W, W, W, L, W, W, W, W, W, W, W, L, W, L, W, L, W = 13

      Dreadnought642 the stream began with the /very end/ of a match where dogura won. I didn't include it because it's literally just a KO. That's why he starts with 1 at the beginning of the video.

    how does one trigger fatal?

    • @AryliasLV
      @AryliasLV 8 лет назад +2

      A Tem it's different moves for everyone. To trigger it, just use said specific move on someone in counter hit state. So say they whiff a dp. If you did any move other than 22c (sekkajin) it's just a regular counter hit.

    I don't understand why no one can beat this guy... not even Evo champs like Dogura

      Dreadnought642 Because he is strong? XD

    • @bejamillion2
      @bejamillion2 8 лет назад +1

      Pantarei That's obvious. But why is he strong?

    • @pantarei5920
      @pantarei5920 8 лет назад +7

      Dreadnought642 Well, he has a very strong neutral game, he is extremely intelligent with his resources (only uses them for max damage), clever use of Jin's weapons and pressure, of the overdrive, etc...

      Dogura is 2 times evo runner up, not champ lol he lost to skd and galileo 2015/14 also fenrich is just a beast his hibiki and azrael might be ranked higher than dogura in bb im not too sure abt this tho

      He just simply knows the game in and out, he's considered the best player in Japan for a reason. Add to the fact that Dogura rarely plays Blazblue anymore and focuses mainly on Guilty Gear nowadays.

    Ahhh I remember when Dogura was ranked #1 in BBCPEX forever. I wonder if he'll be doing tournament play??? Also SKD???? He's been relatively quiet recently too. Fenrich is God.

      Lucas Hunter dogura? in cpe? I dont think so

      Well before Extend

    • @Jourdal
      @Jourdal  8 лет назад +1

      Lucas Hunter I don't think he was number 1, it's hard to give that title to any one player. Gaps are not as defined as they are here in some cases.

    Dogura is still a monster.

      Sanger Zonvolt Well, I don't there are many people who can take five matches to Fenrich. XD (except people like Tetsuwo, Ryusei. Monsters x) )

    • @Jourdal
      @Jourdal  8 лет назад +1

      Pantarei He and Itou sae have close sets generally, ryuusei ranked him down etc. He's definitely one of the top players but one has to keep in mind that most of this footage is vs osaka players. No one at Athena comes close. There's a lot of other regions in japan with strong players that don't really get to play each other. Not thst i think he wouldn't do well in other regions, but its something to think about
