- On todays episode we will be making a simple potato gnocchi. I'd high suggest finishing them in a pan with lashings of olive oil, sage and garlic. Definitely give this one a try.

500g Potatoes
100g flour - You will need a little extra for dusting.
1 Egg
Salt
Pepper
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Bunch of Sage
4 Cloves of Garlic

What would you use to substitute a egg
Hi Hamlata, you could easily leave out the egg for the gnocchi as finding a suitable substitute is kinda difficult. Just don’t overwork the dough when bringing it together. Best of Luck!

Can i frozen the dough?
Hi cktan! You can freeze the dough for up to a month. Ideally I would make the gnocchi into its little pillows then freeze them in portions so it’s easier and more convenient to cook later on. Hope this helps!
