I love this playsuit, so i just subscribed! Will be trying it out, last time i made a play suit, i couldn't sit down properly everything was dragging inside my hole,😂 cant breath well😂 with this method i know it wont be same. My hip is 48, so i will use 3 inches in front and 3.5 at the back
This is in a simplest form, buh is this the method for all body sizes? I usually have difficulty with my laps in trousers ,I hope I can wear this ,cos I love it already. I’ll appreciate a response
If your hip circumference is 40 - 45” you can increase the crotch extension to 2.5” for the front & 3” for the back. If it’s 45 - 50”, increase it to 3” for the front & 3.5” for the back.
No, it doesn’t apply to everyone. To get the crotch length for a jumpsuit, divide the hip circumference by 4 and add 2 inches. Be sure to approximate to the nearest whole number if the result you get is in decimals.
Very detailed tutorial, pls the crotch, does the measurement you use also work for bigger hips. Like u use 2" For crotch extension at d front, then 2and half" For the back crotch, so does it work for all sizes.

Can we use a crepe fabric for this? Also can we add pocket to it?
Yes, you can use crepe. If you watched the video to the end, you’ll see that I added pockets
Thank you so much, please can i use this formula for children?
You’re welcome. Yes, but you have to figure out the crotch length & depth to use for children
This is in a simplest form, buh is this the method for all body sizes? I usually have difficulty with my laps in trousers ,I hope I can wear this ,cos I love it already.

@@TheSILEM I am so grateful. More wisdom and knowledge
What does really like to learn from you is How to make corsets

Looovvveee it. If I don't want a zipper, how do I go about putting on the jumpsuit?
If you don’t want to put a zipper, you need to make the neck wide and use a stretchy fabric
How did you arrive at those points/marks? Is it standardized?
They were measured
Thank you so much
You’re welcome
❤ nice one 👍
Thank you!
❤❤
❤epic❤
Thank you
Thanks for the tutorial. Can we cut directly on fabric, will we get the same effect?
Yes, you can. But make sure to add the half inch allowance along the center front and center back when cutting directly on the fabric.
@@TheSILEM thank you for the prompt response ♥️
@@olubunmionanusi8133 you’re welcome! Thanks for watching 🥰
And again, does it mean I will leave 2 and half inches since we will need 2" for the crotch curve? Thank u
Draft it with 2” and then simply add half an inch along the center until you get to the crotch curve
Thanks, but does the crotch length of 13inches from the waistline apply to all body measurements pls?
No, it doesn’t apply to everyone. To get the crotch length for a jumpsuit, divide the hip circumference by 4 and add 2 inches.
Be sure to approximate to the nearest whole number if the result you get is in decimals.

You can increase it to 2.5” for the front & 3” for the back for plus sizes/bigger hips
Thank you so much for this but I noticed you didn’t add zipper allowance at the back
You’re welcome! I added it (half an inch) when transferring to the fabric.
@@TheSILEM ohhhh okay thank you
