I think it's really interesting because usually when roles are reversed there is an entirely different atmosphere about, tragic, dramatic, the power dynamic being the most noticeable thing on the table, we would also expect violence from him, so yes reactions would be different because the entire scene would be different, if similar in content, here however she's demanding sex from a partner that's not frightened not tragic, he's frustrated but his integrity isn't put into stake, the fact that he, at the end denies her the sex and leaves the room while bickering back at her as equal is why this scene isn't seem as an abuse situation one, which is what it would be made seen if roles were reversed, I wouldn't judge viewers so harshly about finding it funny but more about how this is possible to be funny because we don't perceive danger or shame from any of the parties

Consent is not actually being taken from him and as you say, he is not scared of her because she is not actually a threat to him in this situation. If the genders were reversed but in a way in which was the same, with him being in a position that prevents him from being a physical threat( tied, sick or injured maybe) and her talking back and able to refuse without fear, then it would still be funny.
