Yes, one of the few upcharges for food on the ship. There is no "specialty dining" like on other ships, just a few specialty extras like seafood towers, this tomahawk, shaved white or black truffles at the Italian restaurant, and a seafood dish at the Mexican restaurant. I had other steaks on this cruise that were better than other ships' specialty steaks, but this was like eating $150 steak on land at a Morton's or Bern's. It was worth every penny of the $65 upcharge. There was also a salt crusted Dorado expertly served tableside at this meal as well. No upcharge for that. I'll post a video of it soon.
