i remember watching run a year ago and thinking it was so cool but i was so confused and a few months ago i looked into the storyline using XCeleste’s video and piecing everything together is so cool. their story telling is amazing
when ever you get to dance practices you should add "Danger" to the list! for a long time it was their hardest and most intricate dance. Very hip-hop based choreo, but it just NEVER STOPPED and they were crazy in-sync
6:04 this thing actually have a story when they were told that they had to do this steps that time jhope was so scared because if Jimin fall upon him they both will get into a serious injury but Jimin sweetly told him that "Hyung (older brother) just trust me and close your eyes when I jump over you" and that's it, it's one of their hardest dance steps of all time
WAIT A MINUTE, RJ!! DID YOU EVER CHECK BTS’ PERFORMANCE ON MMA 2019?? IT IS AN AWARDS SHOW THAT TURNED INTO A WHOLE BTS CONCERT AND ONCE YOU SEE IT, YOU WILL HAVE A VERY HARD TIME FINDING ANOTHER GROUP THAT CAN PUT ON A SHOW LIKE THIS!! BEYOND INSANITY!!
the song you heard at the end it's called "butterfly". i think between "i need you" and "run" you forgot to watch the prologue, which is kinda the "second chapter" of this first trilogy of MVS that should help you a little bit more to understand the storyline even tho it's like 1% of the whole story 🥲 the BU is so intricate and complex and it's followed by other MVs and highlights but yes, take your time it's gonna be a loooong journey ☺️
bts have said that if i need u is the happiness behind the sadness then run is the sadness behind the happiness and i think the production and mvs really reflect that!
Love the 2015 Era of BTS when army are all suddenly became sherlock holmes and try to unpuzzle the whole theories. Love the mistery, storyline, and bts acting so muchhh 💜💜💜
Butterfly is also my favorite song! I remember I think RM asked Jungkook if he could only sing one song forever or something like that, what would it be? And Jungkook sang the soaring chorus of butterfly !! I just think it’s beautiful 💜💜💜💜
the song at the end of the run mv was butterfly, a beautiful ballad and one of my favorite bts songs! bts are truly just an amazing group in every aspect. their dancing, their singing, rapping, sincerity towards their fans and amazing lyricism, honestly just a complete package deal that i don’t believe i will ever find in another kpop group. they’re just insanee and the love i have for them cant even be put into words 😭
Not me singing along to all the lyrics of "We are Bulletproof Pt 2" way to enthusiastically only you for you to restart it and me sing louder 😂😂😂 this is what I'm like when home alone. Just singing really loud, horrible BTS lyrics while also trying to do the fanchants between the lyrics 😂😂
Keep in mind that BTS catalogue literally follows their development from boyhood to adulthood so their songs echo their thoughts and feelings in that chapter of BTS’s history. So rebellious youth, school days, HYYY - the most beautiful moment in life, Love Yourself series jungian psychology and dealing with COVID to Yet To Come
6:24 I just got reminded when hobi did that out of excitement last year in an episode of Run BTS, it's hilarious cause he was laughing so much but it's amazing at the same time cause he did that without a problem
"Danger" has another version which is a mo-blue mix featuring Thanh Bui - the author of the song that not so many people know. This version is amazing as well so I hope u can check it out
About the members solos this is my favorite Rm :persona Jin :epiphany or yours Suga :daechwita Jhope : ego Jimin : lie or serendipity V : singularity Jk : euphoria or my time

Ah here it is. The two award show performance please. It was such a different high seeing them perform their old songs. MMA 2019 and MAMA 2019. I especially love watching the kpop idols reaction to these performances. 😂
i love how you call jungkook "the baby" its so cute lol as for their solos, i think it's best you start with their You Never Walk Alone solos!! so songs like: boy meets evil & mama - hobi lie - jimin begin - jungkook first love - yoongi reflection - namjoon stigma - taehyung awake - jin then you can just work your way to their love yourself solos, then their map of the soul solos, and then their mixtapes as well as their releases on soundcloud/ost's!! btw i love your reactions and how you're taking your time in getting to the know tannies :D some people see how much content/music they have and get intimidated by it so it's great you're taking it one step at a time!!
When the members looked at these videos years later they commented on how much passion were in their eyes for MVs like Danger. V's response was that was the eyeliner. He is so funny. They have themes in their music. These were relating to youth and what you experience (Boy In Love, Danger, War of Hormone, No More Dream and We are Bulletproof Part 2, N.O and so on) and then the Most Beautiful Moments in Live (I Need You, Run, Young Forever, et all) series are the transition from youth to young adulthood. I know what you mean when you don't want to get sucked into the storyline. I was before I even knew it. I hope you check out Young Forever MV as well. As for solo stuff you will have fun and realize there are so many more sides to them. My favorites are Jimin's Lie and V's Stigma, but all are so very good. They had a part in writing them all to some degree even if it was just discussing the message or sound that they wanted.
my favorite solo tracks (from bts' albums, not solo projects) from each member are: RM: intro: Persona Jin: epiphany (there's an MV but it's not a full version of a song) Suga: first love J-hope: MAMA Jimin: Serendipity (same as Jin, there's an MV but the song is actually longer) V: Stigma Jungkook: My Time I decided to go with songs from BTS albums because otherwise it would be too hard for me to choose (like from rap line, where they have two albums each and I love 99% of their songs)
This is a great line-up of songs. I like to say that Epiphany is my fave Jin solo track but the views on my playlist says that it's actually Super Tuna lol.
Basically boy in luv and Danger are from the era that they are expressing what it is like to be a young boy and deal with raging hormones. While I love the songs (including "war of hormone"), they are definitely less "complex" in their meaning (relative to other BTS content) because they are essentially describing the stereotypical experience of at teenage boy, which is framed by society to be this selfish, shallow attraction and loss of control. to a certain extent I think these songs are also intended to be taken with a touch of irony (like "butter" and "go go" when you get to those), so it describes the experience of hormonal youth in an exaggerated tone. This points out how ridiculous this stereotype looks and that this is not really how teenagers are, but it is how they are viewed in society and the "persona" that many teenagers feel they need to act out. "Run" is part of the HYYH era which immediately follows these songs. It explores the transition from this carefree youth to adulthood, so the song explores how they want to be free and take their position as an adult, but at the same time are grieving a loss of innocence and freedom as a child. It also says it is okay to make mistakes along the way and to not know what you are doing, or even running towards. Taken all together, it's actually an amazing artistic representation of their lives and careers. anyway, love your reactions and breakdowns of the music, don't worry about the storyline, you'll get there when you feel ready!
Fun fact: in Danger, V accidentally cut some of his own hair along with the wig after being repeatedly told to be careful so in the last scene the hair that falls is his real hair and what’s in his hand is the wig.
Lol - this is the BTS Universe a fictitious storyline that runs throughout BTS MV’s and perhaps the one thing you can take away from RUN is that the members characters are happiest when they are together but when they are apart things fall tragically apart . It’s brilliant really - there are even books about it💜
If you going to check out the solos you should probably start with Jimin: Lie or Filter Jin : Epiphany or Yours ( Actually jin's every solo is crazy good) V: Singularity or Christmas tree Jhope: Blue side or Chicken noodle soup. Rm: Persona or Moonchild Jungkook: Euphoria or Still with you Suga: Daechwita or Seesaw ( In my opinion you should start with these.)
Yes, they wrote their own songs. They usually had help, but they had a lot of input. Even when they don't write songs, they will sometimes tell a song writer what message they want a song to have, so they're still involved. That's a large part of why it feels so genuine. Now you know why when ARMY is asked what genre a particular BTS album might be, the answer is often "BTS". So many of their songs are a fusion of different genres that it can be very difficult to actually label a song as a particular genre. Butterfly is a very beautiful song, but a sad one. It's about suicide. The singer is speaking to a loved one who is suicidal. You should watch the dance practice that they released in June for Butterfly. There's choreo for this song and it's as beautiful as the song is. Also, I highly recommend watching the Danger dance practice. Dance practices usually have a stationary camera in front of the group in a brightly lit room, so there are no cuts and you can clearly see all of the moves they make. The choreo for Danger is definitely worth watching without cuts.
The storyline is part of a HUGE BTS universe that spans multiple music videos, books and a game. There is a great youtube video by xCeleste, who also did the first video you reacted to, that explains the whole thing. It’s VERY in depth!
These songs are such a gem and so special to me, We Are Bulletproof pt2 is INSANE as this is rookie BTS showing what they have to offer, Boy In Luv a classic covered by many groups, Danger the song that I first heard from them and Run one of my favorite BTS songs 💜
The song at the end credits is Butterfly. It's one of my favorites. Many of their videos, including Run, don't always seem to make sense in context but as you get to know them and their struggles, you start to connect everything and start to get it.
We watch multiple times because Big Hit puts "Easter eggs" all over the place (MVs, concerts, award shows, Twitter posts, etc...). Some refer to the BU story, some to future projects that are planned. We found one clue about 2 years before the event happened! Nothing is coincidence with BTS/Big Hit.
Welcomed to the hyyh universe started by I need you and Run, Since these songs they decided to tell a story through their mvs which are all connected If you want know more there is a video dedicated which analyse every MVs
When you get the chance…see the choreography practice esp Danger… and then see the live performance. BTS shines best in their performances. Also check out the annual Korean award shows like MMA and MAMA
we are bulletproof pt 2 was my intro to bts in 2013 and i was immediately like "oh. my god where have they been in my life this is what i have been missing" and they popped up to my favorite groups in an instant HAHA. and omg im still so obsessed with danger (i agree w you too, that CHORUS!!) yaaay cant wait to see you check out their solos next!! it's been fun watching you check them out.
As you continue to discover the BTS discography, you'll see/hear how they refine their production, have access to better quality beats, RM/SUGA, j-hope ramp up their lyrics and composition, the other members contribute as well to melodies, composition and lyrics, and their collaboration with their producers, MV directors and choreographers go to another level. Boxing their music into genres is something that can't be defined with BTS - they themselves want to try so much, because the music itself has such an impact on how they feel or what they want to express. That has no boundaries.
Your confused face always get me haha. Don’t ask me whats happening in Run, I just know the sets, the outfits, song itself are all beautiful. It gives me the same vibe you explained, bright but melancholy. Maybe a little nostalgic.
I can’t wait for you to start reacting to these songs but LiVE! I’m telling you… BTS is so much better live and you’re going to love the songs live so much more than the videos… just wait til you see them doing like the medley and stuff… their energy is insane! Especially like the Japan epilogue concert… it’s wild
If you wanna check out their solos here are some: Rm: Forever Rain (hits so hard) Jin: Epiphany (never fails to make me emotional) Suga: Seesaw (a bop but damn the lyrics) or Daechwita (a cinematic masterpiece) or Interlude: Shadow (the mv and music itself just makes me speechless) Jhope: Boy Meets Evil (his dance is just jaw dropping as usual) or Blue Side (I've always had this song on repeat, feels like a nostalgic dream you never had) or Outro: Ego Jimin: Lie (hits different) Taehyung: Singularity (got ppl feeling some type of way fr) Jungkook: Euphoria (makes me nostalgic and emotional and yup as you guessed, euphoric)
as someone who got into kpop during 2nd gen era, the “being forced to rap because they can’t sing” line in wab was such a gag at the time. still is tbh 👀
With Run, you just stepped into the BTS Universe called the BU. A story that continues through out BTS'S songs and all connect. A most unique, fun, intriguing journey if you take the DEEP dive. 💜 The ending credit song is "Butterfly" one of their most beautiful songs.
"Let Me Know" too. I still love watching their performances on "A Song for You" tv show. All their vocals are so clear and intimate in that format. 💜💜💜
All members of BTS are songwriters and producers. During the early eras it was mostly RM, SUGA and J-Hope writing songs and producing, but as time went on the other 4 members have become more and more involved in song writing and producing. So yeah the large majority of BTS discography are co-written by the members themselves. That's why BTS lyrics mean so much to ARMY, because we relate to their honest lyrics.
BTS went through so much being from a small production company with no money but a amazing philosophy that encouraged them to be creative. Sometime soon you should probably watch a video that tells their story. We understand it's hard to get your mind to grasp what your seeing and hearing because they are that good. Enjoying your discovery.💜
btw the song in the credits for the run mv is called butterfly, one of their best songs in my opinion! there's also a mv where this is the main song throughout which is called on stage: prologue, but its VERY storyline heavy so is worth saving for when you're properly going through the storyline in order (if you're planning on doing that)
There is a Bangtan Bomb where the members just a year or two ago are rewatching their beginning music videos and I can't remember if it was about Danger or No More Dream, but one of the members commented that you could see the passion in the eyes of their younger selves - and Taehyung, very deadpanned, just said "that's just the eyeliner" LMAO BEST LINE EVER!
there's actually two versions of We Are Bulletproof part 1. it was originally released in i think either 2010 or 2011 before the final lineup of members for BTS were decided, and it has Namjoon and 2 other trainees that didn't make the final roster in it. however, BTS release various fun things for ARMY on their anniversaries, which is called Festa, and in their 2015 Festa they released a remake of We Are Bulletproof part 1 with the 7 members we know now, with some of the verses changed.
My recs for each member's solos to prioritise: namjoon - persona and reflection seokjin - moon and epiphany yoongi - daechwita and shadow (there are great music videos for shadow and epiphany but they don't include the full song) hoseok - arson and safety zone jimin - serendipity and lie taehyung - singularity and stigma jungkook - euphoria and still with you a lot of these aren't singles and some are from their solo releases/only on soundcloud, but I picked them because they really show off the boys' talent and versatility, and seem similar to things that you've mentioned that you like genre wise :) music videos for daechwita and shadow are especially good
checking their solos wld be a crazy journey, u r gonna be super shocked that how unique all of them r ! literally each one of them is the GOT in their domain, nd its crazy to see that when they come together as a grp, they r able to create the right balance nd magic! during my journey to explore their solos project, i fell in love with the ot7 as whole nd m telling u Jin will make u fall in love with his voice so keep his songs for the last, he is our showstopper boy nd nothing could be a better closing than epiphany (live performance 100% rec) 😂❤️
THIS IS A MUST!! YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT THE LIVE VERSION OF JIMIN’S SERENDIPITY!! IT IS ONE OF THE MOST STUNNING AND ELEGANT AND MIND BLOWING PERFORMANCES I’VE EVER SEEN! YOU HAVE TO SEE HIM STARTING OUT INSIDE THE BUBBLE!! ART, MATE, PURE ART!!
There’s a docuseries called “rise of bangtan” that is the best chronological series of BTS from way back even before debut . It shows them preparing and leading up to their debut and then it touches on all these importable things happening to them from the beginning and the series has like 20 episodes that are 45 min long for each episode and each episode has deleted scenes or bonus content…. But it shows their journey in the best way to see from the beginning if you’re new to them…. And it is just tons of different important parts of who they are that can get lost I just watching music videos and performances… if that makes sense… I promise if you react to the very first episode you’re going to want to keep doing them. They could be in Netflix I swear lol the army who created them took like 4 years to debut them… and it’s truly something so special you should think about reacting to.. to really see the come up!!!
So, you've stumbled upon the BU - Bangtan Universe. All the BU videos are interconnected, even though they don't have much to do with the song themselves. There are so many interpretations of them. It's a huge rabbit hole.
Thank u for your reaction 😊 it will be very long to see other bts videos, give your reaction also when watching bts videos live, Bangtan room live, armypedia, and at other award events for BTS
The music that sounds at the end of Run is Butterfly, and it`s so beatiful, i recomend you so much, one of my favorities. And the Bagtang Universe is so complicate, i even i can`t understand yet, i headache because of that. Please reaction to Just one Day of bts, is one of my favorites songs of them, and with a liryc so beatiful, at the same of Film out, so beatiful really, i don`t know if you have heard it yet. And Airplane pt 2 too
I love your videos and your vibe so much! We are bulletproof pt 1 is on soundcloud and it's a BANGER!❤🔥 As for the storyline - I'd love for you to check it out, but if you decide on doing so make sure that you gather ALL of the needed material (or don't tbh, who am I to tell you what to do lol) but going through all the media that they gave us is just so much fun. The mvs, the Smeraldo blog, The Notes and then finishing with the Save Me webtoon... so good!
After I Need You, theres a video called Prologue that needs to be watched before Run :) You can try to watch the BU in order some other time when you are ready.
run mv is a big part of the BU..if you would check the high light reel and the short films you would get the connections. and btw "just one day" is a really good song you should check it too its the first bts song ive heard
Please try reacting to their live performances too. The MV for some of the songs may seem a bit confusing because elements of the BU (BTS Universe) was also incorporated here. But once you learn about the BU it will all make sense. Incidentally, that's another BTS content worth checking out 😊
You must watch their live performance at the MMA 2019, they performed boy in luv and we are bulletproof pt.2 ( can't remember if they performed we are bulletproof at the MMA or the MAMA of the same year) but anyways, both of them are fire.🔥
DENISE ANN LANGE said on 8/22/21 BTS was originally a Korean hip hop group. Since 2013 they have evolved into a unique genre of their own. The "Ioniq: I'm On It" is a promotional song for Hyundai. But you barely notice the car because the mv & song are so good; similar style as "Film Out" "Come Back Home" was released on July 4, 2017 as remake of Seo Taiji’s song "Come Back Home" for Seo Taiji 25th Anniversary Remake Project. “With Seoul” is a BTS song and film highlighting Seoul as a vacation spot. The original also shows them recording it. They have also done 3 other versions, including a “short” on 2020-09-11; a beautiful drone visual of Seoul (The Four Seasons of Seoul” on 2019-12-30, & an amazing drone visual mv on 2021-01-09. My personal favorite "other version" video is "DANGER (Mo-Blue-Mix) , featuring THANH". Thanh is an Australian-Vietnamese singer. This song has a R&B vibe with some great lyrics added by Thanh. There are loads of their other songs including some of my favorites: “Dionysus”, “Ma City”, “Truth Untold”, ”Outro: Tear”, “House of Cards”, “Lost”, “Dimple”, “Butterfly”, etc. and their solo, rapline, vocal line, short films, comeback trailers, etc. not included.
When "V" cut his hair in the video, he not only cut the wig but accidentally cut his own hair. There are videos of him with super short bangs. They look kind your mother did when she cut your hair as a kid. They are super cute.
'Run' is difficult to watch outside the context of the "storyline." It really is one the most storyline centric videos they have ever made.
i remember watching run a year ago and thinking it was so cool but i was so confused and a few months ago i looked into the storyline using XCeleste’s video and piecing everything together is so cool. their story telling is amazing
@@ninaddemaio nods
Fake Love would fight u, lol.
Song in Run MV credit is Butterfly. One of their most beautiful ballads. Amazing song. Deserve a MV.
And the dance practice video to Butterfly is gorgeous: ruclips.net/video/jucstn9Uonk/видео.html

You should definitely listen to it!!!!!
The Live , Dancing is just as beautiful as the song!

the iconic mint yoongi and orange jimin, changed my life for good

Same 😂😂💜 literally all their songs are irresistible. While laughing (seeing taetae cutting his own hair by accident 🥲💜💜💜)
I love the appreciation you showed to J-Hope for his move in Bulletproof choreo. I also don't know how he does it. No bones, indeed.

you should see bts performance video of MAMA and MMA award of 2019 They nailed it. ITS Necessary you have to watch this
Ah here it is. The two award show performance please. It was such a different high seeing them perform their old songs. MMA 2019 and MAMA 2019. I especially love watching the kpop idols reaction to these performances. 😂
Yes! You will die! It’s so good!!
i love how you call jungkook "the baby" its so cute lol as for their solos, i think it's best you start with their You Never Walk Alone solos!! so songs like:
boy meets evil & mama - hobi
lie - jimin
begin - jungkook
first love - yoongi
reflection - namjoon
stigma - taehyung
awake - jin
then you can just work your way to their love yourself solos, then their map of the soul solos, and then their mixtapes as well as their releases on soundcloud/ost's!! btw i love your reactions and how you're taking your time in getting to the know tannies :D some people see how much content/music they have and get intimidated by it so it's great you're taking it one step at a time!!
Yeah I chuckled when he said “the baby” 😄 Jungkook will always be the baby of the group.
UP 👍💜💜💜

yes!!! we are here for early Bangtan! "Run" is off my favortie BTS album actually. So excited for you to do solos next!
my favorite solo tracks (from bts' albums, not solo projects) from each member are:
RM: intro: Persona
Jin: epiphany (there's an MV but it's not a full version of a song)
Suga: first love
J-hope: MAMA
Jimin: Serendipity (same as Jin, there's an MV but the song is actually longer)
V: Stigma
Jungkook: My Time
I decided to go with songs from BTS albums because otherwise it would be too hard for me to choose (like from rap line, where they have two albums each and I love 99% of their songs)
This is a great line-up of songs. I like to say that Epiphany is my fave Jin solo track but the views on my playlist says that it's actually Super Tuna lol.

I just love Jungkook's rap part in We are Bulletproof Pt 2. It's so satisfying to sing along to.
Lol - this is the BTS Universe a fictitious storyline that runs throughout BTS MV’s and perhaps the one thing you can take away from RUN is that the members characters are happiest when they are together but when they are apart things fall tragically apart . It’s brilliant really - there are even books about it💜
what a trip down the memory lane damn
this was their second song after 'no more dream'. all of their lyrics tell a story and give us an important message.
If you going to check out the solos you should probably start with
Jimin: Lie or Filter
Jin : Epiphany or Yours ( Actually jin's every solo is crazy good)
V: Singularity or Christmas tree
Jhope: Blue side or Chicken noodle soup.
Rm: Persona or Moonchild
Jungkook: Euphoria or Still with you
Suga: Daechwita or Seesaw
( In my opinion you should start with these.)
Joke by rm too.. that is insane
And Suga seesaw performance is good I got sock when I first react to his live performance dancing and singing at the same time i still use to watch
@@rockbisonlajibolalainsfire1921 Suga never disappoints us. He can literally do just anything
@@savvsharma1192 Agreed
Me too agree
It’s VERY in depth!
this era of bts was just out of this world, this songs are still on my top 10-15 fav bts songs
These songs are such a gem and so special to me, We Are Bulletproof pt2 is INSANE as this is rookie BTS showing what they have to offer, Boy In Luv a classic covered by many groups, Danger the song that I first heard from them and Run one of my favorite BTS songs 💜
Song that played at the end of run mv is butterfly it's also a good song.
15:30 the song is Butterfly by BTS. 💜🦋
Welcomed to the hyyh universe started by I need you and Run,
Since these songs they decided to tell a story through their mvs which are all connected
If you want know more there is a video dedicated which analyse every MVs
Run and I need you are apart of a sporty line that runs through some of the music videos
When you get the chance…see the choreography practice esp Danger… and then see the live performance. BTS shines best in their performances. Also check out the annual Korean award shows like MMA and MAMA
We are bulletproof pt 2 is a whole anthem
we are bulletproof pt 2 was my intro to bts in 2013 and i was immediately like "oh. my god where have they been in my life this is what i have been missing" and they popped up to my favorite groups in an instant HAHA.
and omg im still so obsessed with danger (i agree w you too, that CHORUS!!)
yaaay cant wait to see you check out their solos next!! it's been fun watching you check them out.
yes the song you asked for is "butterfly"
I see so many reactors hear a snippet of that one and ask about it
@@evantesseract737 butterfly is just a MASTERPIECE especially jins vocals in it🥺
Boy in Luv still my top 5 bts song until now 🥰
As you continue to discover the BTS discography, you'll see/hear how they refine their production, have access to better quality beats, RM/SUGA, j-hope ramp up their lyrics and composition, the other members contribute as well to melodies, composition and lyrics, and their collaboration with their producers, MV directors and choreographers go to another level. Boxing their music into genres is something that can't be defined with BTS - they themselves want to try so much, because the music itself has such an impact on how they feel or what they want to express. That has no boundaries.
I'm glad you're interested in their BU, because the story line is not only interesting but it leads you to face who you are and how to love yourself.
danger is to this day one of my favorite BTS songs, not lyrically but musically!
If you wanna check out their solos here are some:
Rm: Forever Rain (hits so hard)
Jin: Epiphany (never fails to make me emotional)
Suga: Seesaw (a bop but damn the lyrics) or Daechwita (a cinematic masterpiece) or Interlude: Shadow (the mv and music itself just makes me speechless)
Jhope: Boy Meets Evil (his dance is just jaw dropping as usual) or Blue Side (I've always had this song on repeat, feels like a nostalgic dream you never had) or Outro: Ego
Jimin: Lie (hits different)
Taehyung: Singularity (got ppl feeling some type of way fr)
Jungkook: Euphoria (makes me nostalgic and emotional and yup as you guessed, euphoric)
I’m excited for solos!
I suggest :
-RM: persona
-Jin : Epiphany
- Suga: Daechwita
-J-hope: Arson
-Jimin: Lie
V: singularity
Jk: Still with you
as someone who got into kpop during 2nd gen era, the “being forced to rap because they can’t sing” line in wab was such a gag at the time. still is tbh 👀
With Run, you just stepped into the BTS Universe called the BU. A story that continues through out BTS'S songs and all connect. A most unique, fun, intriguing journey if you take the DEEP dive. 💜 The ending credit song is "Butterfly" one of their most beautiful songs.
you should react "just one day" too , you will fall in love with jin's vocals 😜
"Let Me Know" too. I still love watching their performances on "A Song for You" tv show. All their vocals are so clear and intimate in that format. 💜💜💜
Wow, these 4 are easily within the top 20 maybe even top 15 BTS songs.
His whole reaction was like ...👀👀👀.....👀👀👀huhhh whatt......😂its such a natural reaction 💜thankYou for reacting.
I like that you react to few videos at one time. Very satisfying. ☺️😁
Love your reactions! 😊💜💜💜
yes the members have credits on most of their songs from the start, especially the rap line.
Yes they've always had a hand in writing their songs since the beginning
btw the song in the credits for the run mv is called butterfly, one of their best songs in my opinion! there's also a mv where this is the main song throughout which is called on stage: prologue, but its VERY storyline heavy so is worth saving for when you're properly going through the storyline in order (if you're planning on doing that)
There is a Bangtan Bomb where the members just a year or two ago are rewatching their beginning music videos and I can't remember if it was about Danger or No More Dream, but one of the members commented that you could see the passion in the eyes of their younger selves - and Taehyung, very deadpanned, just said "that's just the eyeliner" LMAO BEST LINE EVER!
Thank you Rj 🙏 can't wait for the solo reactions 💜
Yes!
"Danger" got me into Bangtan, and I never got out, the rest is history 😂
there's actually two versions of We Are Bulletproof part 1.
it was originally released in i think either 2010 or 2011 before the final lineup of members for BTS were decided, and it has Namjoon and 2 other trainees that didn't make the final roster in it.
however, BTS release various fun things for ARMY on their anniversaries, which is called Festa, and in their 2015 Festa they released a remake of We Are Bulletproof part 1 with the 7 members we know now, with some of the verses changed.
Run is part of the storyline that runs through some of the videos
My recs for each member's solos to prioritise:
namjoon - persona and reflection
seokjin - moon and epiphany
yoongi - daechwita and shadow (there are great music videos for shadow and epiphany but they don't include the full song)
hoseok - arson and safety zone
jimin - serendipity and lie
taehyung - singularity and stigma
jungkook - euphoria and still with you
a lot of these aren't singles and some are from their solo releases/only on soundcloud, but I picked them because they really show off the boys' talent and versatility, and seem similar to things that you've mentioned that you like genre wise :) music videos for daechwita and shadow are especially good
checking their solos wld be a crazy journey, u r gonna be super shocked that how unique all of them r ! literally each one of them is the GOT in their domain, nd its crazy to see that when they come together as a grp, they r able to create the right balance nd magic! during my journey to explore their solos project, i fell in love with the ot7 as whole nd m telling u Jin will make u fall in love with his voice so keep his songs for the last, he is our showstopper boy nd nothing could be a better closing than epiphany (live performance 100% rec) 😂❤️
Run is part of the BU and the HYYH album, that era is beautiful and emotional. The MVs that are part of the BU has their own storyline. 😍
In the most straight way possible. You have nice smile
😂😂😂😂 …Thank you! 💙
So, you've stumbled upon the BU - Bangtan Universe. All the BU videos are interconnected, even though they don't have much to do with the song themselves. There are so many interpretations of them. It's a huge rabbit hole.
Bruh I cannot WAIT for you to get into the story line! Take ur time tho (so much content!) subscribed so that I’ll see it eventually lol
Ohhhhh! Yesssss! Sir! Jhope!🤯😜😘 What The Heck!!? Right 👍! Your Face Says It Alll! Great Smile 😘💜😁 Thank You 💕
in their earlier work, the rapper line write most of the lyrics but nowadays all the members also participate
Most of BTS early songs revolved around the youth and their struggles.
And Airplane pt 2 too
And!😌🤩😁I Love The Way That Surprise! Everytime!!😉💜🌹
please consider watching boy meets evil for jhope since its more darker and it has him dancing and rapping so that's fun.
The mvs, the Smeraldo blog, The Notes and then finishing with the Save Me webtoon... so good!
Boy in luv will forever be iconic🤩
J "no bones" Hope
After I Need You, theres a video called Prologue that needs to be watched before Run :) You can try to watch the BU in order some other time when you are ready.
22:30 min jimin and jk💜
run mv is a big part of the BU..if you would check the high light reel and the short films you would get the connections. and btw "just one day" is a really good song you should check it too its the first bts song ive heard
Thanks, Great Reactions!
Please try reacting to their live performances too. The MV for some of the songs may seem a bit confusing because elements of the BU (BTS Universe) was also incorporated here. But once you learn about the BU it will all make sense. Incidentally, that's another BTS content worth checking out 😊
I have not seen a part 1. I have seen this right after no more dream.
You must watch their live performance at the MMA 2019, they performed boy in luv and we are bulletproof pt.2 ( can't remember if they performed we are bulletproof at the MMA or the MAMA of the same year) but anyways, both of them are fire.🔥

BTS was originally a Korean hip hop group. Since 2013 they have evolved into a unique genre of their own. These are all the BTS “official” music videos in reverse order of release. Does not include live or other versions.

There are often several versions of the Official" music video.
The "Ioniq: I'm On It" is a promotional song for Hyundai. But you barely notice the car because the mv & song are so good; similar style as "Film Out"
"Come Back Home" was released on July 4, 2017 as remake of Seo Taiji’s song "Come Back Home" for Seo Taiji 25th Anniversary Remake Project.
There are loads of their other songs including some of my favorites: “Dionysus”, “Ma City”, “Truth Untold”, ”Outro: Tear”, “House of Cards”, “Lost”, “Dimple”, “Butterfly”, etc. and their solo, rapline, vocal line, short films, comeback trailers, etc. not included.
thank you for another great reaction to Bangtan RJ! ☺️
DANGER, one of my fav BTS title track 💜
Run Mv is in Bts storyline that starts whid I Need You Mv
And people question why theyre the greatest band ever 💅🏻 theyre iconic
When "V" cut his hair in the video, he not only cut the wig but accidentally cut his own hair. There are videos of him with super short bangs. They look kind your mother did when she cut your hair as a kid. They are super cute.
