Firstly your English is perfect, and i love your accent. This song is about our two political sides in the states. The blue hoodie which is democrat and the red side with is republican. We are unfortunately so divided and its creating our downfall…..along with many other reasons. Tom has very strong opinions and puts them to a beat. He is unapologetically patriotic and wants our great country to succeed. He has a lot of songs that aren’t political if thats more your style. Stronger version comes to mind.

If you go 20 minutes outside of any city in America it is a totally different world. You cant use places like New York ,Chicago or los angles and pretty much all major cities as a real representation of America or Americans. Not saying you wont meet great people in those places it's just totally different outside of the city
